I realize the numbers I selected are low and apologize for that, they don't tell the story of Nicks. This is a locals joint, not that they do not get tourists, they do. But they do not close at the end of high season, hence the locals crowd. I like to sit on the left side so I can hear the antics in the kitchen, there is usually running commentary. I love the hushpuppies they serve instead of bread, they are the perfect blend of onion and sweetness. I typically opt for the broiled seafood platter, but when lobster is available, that is a fine choice too. Always ask for ice water and iced tea or a beer, they do not come by to refill very often when they are busy and they are busy a lot. This is also a great place to come for breakfast, the crab omelet and grits ( or homefries) make a wonderful start for the day.

I am looking for my brother and they said they see him there in Nick's every week. So far it has been three weeks and all of a sudden he isn't going? Or are they just not payting attention and not asking him to call me? PLEASE... if you see Chester, ask him to call his sister.
