If your plan automatically renewed and is unused (meaning no downloads have been made from the renewed plan) it would generally be eligible for a refund. Please contact us and we’d be happy to check out your account.

Thanks for reaching out. I've turned off Auto Renewal for this plan, so no future billing will occur.
Because this is a subscription service and the plan you paid for was made available, I can't offer a refund for all the previous months (think of it like a gym membership or music/video streaming service). However, I can either refund the most recent month or extend your plan by the number of months that you missed.
