Absolutely beautiful dining experience. Food was excellent, and only surpassed by the service. The manager made a point to come over and welcome us, and they even offered us the most delicious appetizer sampler on the house. We live so close, so this will definitely be a regular spot for us. All our neighbors now know since this restaurant also just donated gift certificates to our building's summer social! Nice people, delicious food, and the ambiance and view is simply perfect. Highly recommended.

Awful Management. the food is not impressive and doesn't match the high price. the service is good as well as the decoration. The manager of the restaurant treat customer really bad . We parked outside and the manager came outside explaining that he will call the cops if we stay there . we decided to eat at the restaurant and mentioned we parked at the restaurant parking. the manager saw us and didn't say I . After our lunch ( 120$ for 2 people no including wine ) we went for a walk and came back 10 minutes to pick our car . A sticker is on our car and the cops have been called to take our car. We went back to the restaurant. they all apologize and called the manager who never show up telling them that we parked for more than 20 minutes after our lunch. the staff explained that its happened all the time with this manager and are very embarrass. The manager seems to be very dislike in this restaurant and seems to be a problem for the place.

These guys are a bunch of scoundrels and cheats, I wonder how come they are still in business. I decided to try this place as I got a coupon in mail. Spoke to someone over phone , told her about the coupon and ordered the food to go. When i went there to pick up, firstly no one was at the front desk and had to wait for around 10 minutes , then this lady comes walking as if she is enjoying a stroll in the park. No idea why the attitude, as if I she is doing me a big favor. Then I give her the coupon and she says it is only valid for dine in. Well I just spoke to you over the phone and you said get the coupon and coupon clearly says dine-in/takeout. Then the manager is called in and she gives the same reply and then both disappear then someone else comes out and says 50$, i tell her the same story and get the same response. fed up I pay and leave. The food is very ordinary something you can cook at home, the fish was just baked and had lemon sauce on top , my wife ordered vegetarian pasta which was like how I cook at home.

Let's start with the good. First off, the hostess was wonderful. We were early for our reservation so she seated us at the bar to wait. This is a scam. They have plenty of tables, but make you spend $30 on two drinks and wait till you finish them before they say "your table is ready". Really? THE TABLE THAT HAS BEEN EMPTY SINCE I GOT HERE? THE TABLE IVE BEEN STARING AT EMPTY SINCE I ASKED TO BE SEATED 15 MINUTES AGO??? Secondly, the bartender was exceptional. After that it all went to Sh!t. Our waiter, instead of telling us the specials decided to tell us what was NOT on the menu. The menu is different than what is on the website, as I was going to order the Osso Bucco but it was no longer on the menu. "That's ok, I'll have the Veal Saltimbuca instead". Its not available. "Ok, what is the fish of the day?" There is no fish of the day. "Then what is the ravioli of the day?" Im not sure. Great. Must of been a crazy early bird crowd since we were there at 7pm and they are sold out of everything. Just then, the bus boy comes with our bread. Looks good. No plates. No butter, but there is oil and salt and pepper. Im used to that, although Im not used to having no plate to pour it into. The waiter comes back and asks us for our drinks and appetizers. I asked for a plate for the bread and he looked at me like I was asking him to dry clean my shirt. We ordered our apps and a bottle of wine. We were ready to order our main course as well but our waiter wasn't ready to take that order. Our wine comes and it is poured. 30minutes later (by the way, we were there at 7pm on a Monday night. It wasn't exactly busy) our appetizers come from the bus boy. Our waiter needs to be flagged down to take our main course dinner. At this point, he brings us a "compliments of the chef" dish, which I have to say is good, along with all the food that is presented to us. I can't say anything bad about the chef, or the hostess, or the bartender. Its the rest of the staff that needs to go. After our main course arrives, nobody takes responsibility to remove our bread plates or appetizers, they are just pushed aside to make room for the next course. I know diners that at least do this for you. We finally stacked the previous course plates and silverware so we would have room for our main course. Like I said, the food was good, but nobody would know that because nobody ever asked if we needed anything. It is now 1:45 minutes into service and everything we ate and drank is sitting in a neat pile on our table (I guess we are going to clean the tables when we leave too???) Our bill comes and this is the only other time we see the waiter. He circles a suggested tip of 20% which I hope is split between the bartender, hostess and chef. All I have to do is sign the check since in addition to circling the suggested tip, he actually added it into my credit card swipe. In the tip line (since the tip was included at this point) I wrote "You suck as a waiter" and signed my name. As I was walking out, the hostess said "Hope you had a good night, see you soon." And that's where I had to say something. I explained the horrible service and the fact that for such a wonderful view, they could easily get a better wait staff, and I headed out. She asked for me to repeat that to the manager so I hung out for a few minutes while he came. After explaining that I dont want anything for my complaints, just an acknowledgement of the bad service he proceeded to defend the restaurant saying "We do well here. If that kind of service happened to everyone, our doors would be closed and we'd be out of business." Then he handed me a twofer. (buy one meal, get one free). Seriously? Im in the restaurant business. The cardinal sign of your restaurant on the brink of closing is handing out twofers. I hope the next restaurant that opens there has a better wait staff. Meanwhile, I will be handing out this twofer to someone who usually dines at olive garden so they wont be so disappointed. If you are in the neighborhood, try Chart House, which is a block away.
