Has anybody actually received a delivery of the Meizu Pro 5 from JD.com yet? I ordered April 27, and mine is still awaiting shipment. I have contacted them several times to inquire, but the communication from the seller isn't great. The only response I get is that "We are in the process of preparing your product and will ship in a few business days, please be patient.". Same answer for the past couple of weeks and nothing happens. What a failure and lots of badwill for Canonical and Meizu.
typical "we got your money now; how dare you think we should deliver in a timely manner??!!" Canonical should insist on quality customer service as part of the licensing the OS to a vendor, otherwise Ubuntu Touch (in addition to already existing issues and wish list of existing and potential users) gets a bad rep... At least BQ is in EU so some proper laws and customer protection in place..
