Berlin City Nissan may be about the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. Nick and Chris were smooth and helpful at first but as soon as the car was driven off the lot, that's where it ended. First off, couldn't use the pre-arranged financing we had. Fine, whatever. They matched a decent deal. But they repeatedly assured me it would be fine that I was buying out of state. They had someone who would specially fill out the RMV-1 form I needed for Massachusetts. Bullshit. No one ever explained that I would need to provide them proof of insurance before they sent it out. So a few days later I call them, when there's still nothing in the mail, and they fill me in. Oh, and they didn't keep copies of my license so they needed those as well. Fine. I had arranged insurance. It was settled. They sent out the form soon after. Except, after all that insurance bs, there was no stamp on the form!!! So I go to the rmv and they tell me they can't do anything until I get a form from my insurance company with a stamp on it. Ok, now I'm annoyed as this whole process was already held up by insurance but fine. I deep breathe and go back the next day with the extra form. To which they tell me that the way the original RMV form was filled out, I NEED to have my co-signer on the insurance as well. So I have to waste another day and add my fiancé to the insurance. This is the 4th or 5th time going through this car buying process and it has NEVER been this terrible getting the information sorted out. My plates from them are up on Monday and I can only hope and pray that the next time I go into the RMV things will be finally accepted. Just the worst worst worst. They get two stars because the car was a decent deal and like I said, the sales guys were nice enough at the beginning, but this hassle trying to register the car has me ready to just return the damn thing. I actually wish I could. Just save yourself some time, energy, and stress and do NOT buy from them if you live in Massachusetts.

Very poor service on car , I thought they care about customer's bring things there to get fix. A call back would been nice. Or buying new car from them , safety of my family was not important to them. Be careful people all I'm saying .I will not get into detail on what happen on car. I hope they fix there problem in service department .

Had my first oil change etc on my 2015 Roque in February. I had traded in my 2010 Rogue in July. That experience was a pain free as is possible so thanks for that. My recent oil change was as professional as usual and they accomodated my wish to have my Rogue washed there versus getting a voucher to have it done elsewhere. Again, very appreciated. The folks there are very friendly and service is very quick. The amenities in the waiting room are a nice touch as is the offer to drop one off and pick one up. Recommend highly.

The worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. If you want to be lied to, or taken advantage of then this is definitely the place to go!! Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else to buy a car! Tom Hayes and Dana Hurrell are the biggest manipulators in the car sales business!!

Nick Gys was great to work with. Friendly, personable and made my whole buying experience super easy. It didn't feel like a was buying from a salesman but rather it was like a friend was helping me pick out a car.

I'm very proud of the Berlin City of Portland and the Service Dept. is sensational in every way, with being helpful, respectful, courtesy, and getting to know their customers personally. I've bought a 2009 Nissan Cube and I a retired mechanic and I never been a proud owner of a car like this Nissan Cube. With todays gas prices, this car not only has giving my wife and myself a smooth ride, but also has giving us surprising gas mileage 36-43 miles per gallon and around 28-31 miles per gallon city. Just remember my mode of thinking is to Think Inside The Box. So if your looking for a good car, stop by Berlin City Nissan across from Friendlys' and tell them that Mike Stevens sent you for a good reliable car that gas mileage will knock your socks off.

A little crass towards transporters. Can't Park anywhere there on their lot once they open l. Parking across the busy Blvd at the shops once unloaded.

Tom Hayes took what was destined to be an insufferable car buying experience and turned it into a perfectly reasonable one for us! His willingness to listen to our particular concerns and meet us with an acceptable option were very much appreciated. Tom's low pressure approach, attention to our needs, and his genuine desire to help us have a positive experience restored our faith in Berlin City. The respect and fairness that Tom treated us with are qualities that your company can be proud of. Two thumbs up to Tom! Additionally, I'd like to add that Eric Burnheimer and Stacy Dalphonse were also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Tom et al for taking such good care of us.
