We went to Berlin City Nissan looking for a 2015 Nissan Rogue. We were intrigued by a newspaper ad in the Sunday paper, which we brought with us. The sales manager said that they had only one of those vehicles, when the ad said they had at least three and the ad expires on June 30, 2015. When I told him and showed him the ad he said to me he could change his mind at anytime. He said on two different occasions that there were three other Nissan dealerships in the area and encouraged us to go visit them. We actually took his advice and drove to Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco, Me, showed them the ad from the other dealer and purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at the ad price. Very easy and very simple. They even went and retrieved a certain color for us as well from another dealer at no charge. If my employees EVER encouraged one of our customers to go to our competition, he would be looking for a new job. We have purchased two Toyotas from Berlin City in the past, but this dealership was a nightmare and in my opinion very dishonest and arrogant. Take the newspaper ads and save your time and monies and drive to Saco, Me. My hopes are that some changes will be made and they will stop playing games and honor their ads. Until then I would avoid this place.

Christopher Genest is a gem. Very personable young man! I had an excellent experience leasing a car from him and I would recommend anyone to Berlin City! Ask for Chris he is very knowledgeable!

One evening last week, my car started having mechanical problems, and it was also snowing out. I was able to drive to Berlin City Nissan Service and arrived just before closing time. The service team thought it might just be some ice build-up in the wheels. Service Advisor Meghan, asked one of the service employees if they could at least remove the ice before closing and see if that would work. I was worried that it was closing time, but Meghan assured me that she was willing to stay as long as it would take to at least find out if it was just ice. Once the ice was removed, we found out it was not that but a cable problem. Megan and the other Service Advisor were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful during this entire time. They kept the car overnight, ordered the parts, repaired the vehicle (under warranty) and even had the car washed. Megan was very polite and helpful through the entire process. I give Berlin City Service Department a full 5 Stars!! I'll be back! A Big Thanks to: Megan and the other Service Personnel who helped. Job well done!

Bought my very first NEW car from Berlin City Nissan and from the beginning my experience was A+. I since have been treated like gold. Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful, understanding, and will get whatever I need. The customer service is the best of any business I have spent my money with, and that is VERY hard to find theses days. Im never rushed or pushed into anything and I appreciate that! Plus I love my car! I will buy from Berlin City Nissan from here on out and I decided that because of the customer service. Thanks! .... Jaime and Scott.... the best!

Berlin City made my experience super easy. I have small kids so decided to call instead of visit (to negotiate a vehicle I already tested), and I was able to complete the deal on the phone! Saved me a lot of trouble, which was great. Thanks for a good experience, Berlin! The reason for 4 stars, is that when I went in to sign the paperwork, the interior of the building felt a little "cold" and outdated. Could improve that part of the experience, but no biggie.

Bought my 2014 Nissan Altima there. Very easy to deal with, Jeff went out of his way to make sure I was happy, explained all the features of the car and gave me plenty of time for my test drive to make sure it was the right car for me. Great dealership, without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!

Fraud!! Took my Nisson Frontier in for simple repair, asked to do safety check as my sticker expired in 5 weeks. Berlin City tells me that I need front and rear breaks and rotors. Strange, since I had just replaced front pads and rotors 8 months ago!! Then the tell me that I need a new radiator because of a leaky seal. 2 other dealers tell me that the radiator is not even a part of the safety check. They handed me a suggested list of repairs for a simple $1500 - none of which was needed. Took my truck to Sullivans and it passed with nothing needing to be done. BEWARE!

We sincerely apologize for the perception you have of us. Thank you for letting us know of your doubts about your service visit. We can assure you that the items presented as needing attention are important yet we may have not effectively communicated the brake pads and rotor concerns along with the radiator leak. It is great to learn that you have spoken to our Service Manager and you will be returning with your vehicle so that we can jointly inspect these items. We will look forward to speaking with you at that time.

Please realize that most of the positive reviews are individuals having service done under warranty. For me, this was not the case. A part that costs $30 online and takes about 20 minutes to replace wound up costing $350. I directly asked them about their techniques and was treated very rudely and was not given any breaks when I explained exactly why I couldn't believe what they charged me. This was all because I was afraid I had a more serious problem. They also tried to up-sell a $500 brake job (I passed inspection with no issues exactly 1 week prior). Oh, and I asked for a quote on new door actuators for 2 doors, they put this into their extremely expensive diagnosis and wanted $330 per door! So, if I hadn't been somewhat knowledgable, my $350 mistake (to be fair, the local garage would have been $100, so a $250 mistake) could have been a $1500 mistake! Yikes! No more Nissans, no more Nissan dealers, I'm done.
