The staff were very attentive. Other than that, the 30 minute wait was not worth the food or the ambiance. The po-boy, french fries and fried green beans were good. The boiled shrimp was overcooked and bland. My stomach rebelled against the culinary experience for hours and continued to whine about it the next morning. They ran out of all the white wine except riesling. No utensils or salt available. The music was way too loud. I've been at restaurants of the same style, this one did not match up. Beware, if you want lobster, the minimum portion was 2 pounds at $27 per lb.

Food was amazing. But they surcharge you without your authorization! I went there with a friend on a busy Saturday afternoon and left 20% tips after tax IN CASH, and wrote CASH on the receipt. However, they still added about another 20% tip on my bill. I called them a few days later but so far no response no refund. So it's better to save your receipt when you go there

Delicious, and great service! Our waiter was attentive and fun, and the music was turned down enough that we could have a large group and still hear each other. The food itself was a ton of fun to eat, but extremely messy! Be sure to tie your bib tight to prevent stains. We got crawfish (not a lot of meat in their tails and claws, but a classic), shrimp (a better, meatier choice), sausage, corn (delicious!), oysters, and mussels. The mussels were good, but the oysters weren't as fresh or flavorful as they could have been. I recommend the hot and juicy sauce/spice combo over the mild. The spiciest option is also very good, and not as spicy as you'd think--more garlicky. Cajun fries were also delicious. They also have a great deal for $1.50 beers from noon to 9pm, Monday through Wednesday. Great place to go for a fun eating experience with people you know well enough to get very messy around.

Decent service (though our waitress was on "10" the entire night....little tightly wound). I didn't get the shrimp because it was peel and eat and was NOT deveined (um, I don't knowingly eat deveined shrimp - you know that's feces, right?!). My friend and I each got 2 pounds of crawfish and split a pound of mussels. Not used to "seasoning" on crawfish, but the garlic butter was a good twist for the crawfish and mussels. The crawfish varied is size (most were decent sized, but there were some that were TOO SMALL to even fight to pinch and peel). The mussels (VA) were really good. I'd go back to get the mussels, only! LOL! Would I go back? Yeah, I mean, as a Mississippi native, I can't expect to get NOLA crawfish here as I would have it at home. This is probably the closest I'll get next to the Louisiana Network crawfish boil every summer. The mussels were good, but the crab legs (king and snow) were terribly over-priced (as with most places around here). It is great for groups as the tables can be slid together or separated.

This place is an amazing find. It gets crowded so be prepared to wait if you don't have a reservation or call-ahead. The food is absolutely delicious. I've ordered the crabs, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, etc and EVERYthing is divine! You will love it, promise. Pro tip: It gets messy, so dress down.
