Starting in 2014, Eaton China’s University Relations team began discussing Eaton’s Inclusion & Diversity initiative with our key account universities across China.  

We recently conducted two of these events at the Huangzhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) as part of Eaton’s Inclusive and Diversity program at key universities across China. These events were based on our insights about Female Engineering Students’ Development Needs, including self-confidence and uncertainties regarding their future career. Attendees felt that this was a great opportunity to communicate face-to-face with a large multinational company like Eaton while the female students felt more confident in their future. Meanwhile, the university faculty also strongly recommended the program because the courses improved the students’ understanding of the culture of a multinational company (MNC) like Eaton, and attendees experienced a higher level of confidence in future career pursuit. 

We look forward to hosting events at other key universities!

Cooper Power Systems began operating in Monterrey in 2003, in the Cooper Lighting manufacturing facility. Initially, its main products were fuse links, holders Bon Bon fuses, and DV / TC Switches brought from Fayetteville and Pewaukee; they later began producing the first versions of accessories for RTE.

In 2005, Cooper Power Systems’ operations were transferred to Queretaro and, in 2013, a new location within Parque Industrial Queretaro (pictured) opened and production lines and support areas were transferred there. #EatonSpaces
