If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. ********************************* In July we purchased an Attitude SAG toy hauler from Best RV. We worked with Tim. When we got home, we noticed the curtains were ripped and the backwall was missing. We called Tim and he said that he was giving the info to Karen and she'd give us a call to fix issues. We hadn't been given anything more than the copy of the DMV submission for paperwork when we left (they said it would be mailed when I asked). After 2 full months of run around.... I sent an email 10/7 detailing the problems we've had. That moved things a bit - on 10/8 Karen called my cell phone and said she had an opening a week earlier on 10/16. On 10/16 My husband showed up for apt. and was told by Karen that we missed apt it was on 1/10. Finally she said that we could be fit in. The service manager came over as my husband was asking about the backwall and said, "I don't have to help you just leave. This is all you get. I can choose not to honor your warranty. Your warranty is worthless, what you see is what you get. We told him that we were promised this several times and he told us, Sales are liars and assholes, we fired them put a foot in their ass and they're out the door." They did perform service and Z finally said they would do the backwall if we would pay the $400+ retail price on the showroom floor for it. We already paid for this when purchased. My husband went outside to call me and then returned into the facility to use the restroom. At this point he observed the manager of the Sales department; Z, the Sales Manager; and the Facility Manager all were screaming and cussing at one another. He heard the facility manager say to the Sales manager, "Nothing you say matters, all that matters is making money" Best RV ended up replacing the curtain and getting the water heater to work. We also showed them some other issues and were told that those also need to be fixed and that they would order parts and call us. 11/20, called best RV to ask about status. No answer. I escalated the issue to BBB and they got involved but Best RV is unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue. The complaint can be found on the BBB website. I was documenting everything by the beginning of October, so I had very good notes about our interactions with these crooks. I was able to get some help directly from the manufacturer, but I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PASSIONATE ABOUT NOT GIVING A COMPANY BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had checked the reviews before hand but there had been positive reviews before our purchase date, whatever is going on there now has definitely brought this business down.

I purchased a travel trailer from Best RV over the internet. I should have known something was wrong when the salesman couldn't answer a few simple questions about it. The salesman told me that it was in really good condition. After driving 2 hours to get there, the salesman's only concern was to get me into the office to sign the paperwork. After I told him that I wanted to inspect the trailer first, he didn't seem to excited about that. As soon as I walked up to the trailer I could tell it was a piece of junk. The kitchen sink had several cracks in it,. the blinds were broken, there was a block of wood screwed to the bathroom floor to keep the bathroom wall from moving, the electrical cord for plugging into a power source had been drugged on the pavement and there were wires exposed on the plug. The ad said it had 2 chairs but it only had 1, when I asked about the other chair all the salesman said was " they must have written the ad without looking at it". The salesman did say that they would fix the sink {wow}. I could go on and on about the bad representation that they gave about there trailer. It blew me away when the salesman did say our used trailer's are sold as is we wont fix anything unless it's a stove or refrigerator this way it keeps the cost down. Needless to say I did not or will not buy from Best RV.

Bought a used motor home online. Coordinated sale and delivery to Reno with Larry. All was well except RV didn't have washer/dryer and autoleveling as advertised. So NADA value of RV was $1,100 less. Sent several email asking for a call to discuss the discrepancy. No response. Called Larry twice--would not answer or return my call. Now I must assume it was purposeful false advertising. I'll submit the evidence to CA's BBB and AG's Consumer Protection Division. This is unfortunate, since I was willing to compromise if they would have responded.

My daughter purchased a new 2013 Cedar Creek 26 BH pull trailer from Best RV. On the date she picked it up she was informed they couldn't wash the exterior which was covered with dirt and dust as they had no one available. No big deal. One year later my daughter took the unit back for some warranty work as the wall mounted thermostat for the heater was difficult to turn on, and one of the tires had a slow leak. She was informed after arriving for her appointment that Best RV wouldn't honor the warranty because the manufacturer had discontinued making pull trailers under the Cedar Creek name. The service manger claimed the manufacturer owed Best RV over $10,000.00 for completed warranty repairs for which they were never reimbursed. I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed they had discontinued the Cedar Creek models, however, they promised to honor and cover the cost of any remaining warranty repairs. My daughter ended up having to drive to Nevada City to complete the required repairs. Good Customer Service is not in the vocabulary of Best RV. They do have great prices and love to help you part with your money! Just don't expect any form of Service, Warranty, or Customer Service through this dealership. Be careful to cover your assets if you choose to do business with Best RV. We certainly won't be back and can't , in good faith, refer them to anyone looking for a quality dealership to do business with.

At first I had a good experience, our salesman was helpful and was showing us lots of options within our price range. Then he saw another couple looking at a high dollar 5th wheel trailer and he walked away from us. He then sent us the other salesman that he just took his customer from and told him to help us. He was absolutely no help and then walked away from us too. What a horrible experience! We were ready to take home a trailer that day and we will never return. We will look elsewhere!

If I could rate this place a zero star I would. After purchasing a used tent trailer from this establishment, my husband and I set a date to pick up our trailer. On the day of pick up, we waited over two hours over the time of our apt to do a walk through of the trailer before pick up. While being shown the trailer, we had a inexperienced sales person, who half wittedly went through the process with us showing us the basics of our trailer. After, this long and horrible wait and exhausting walk-through, we finally left the establishment with trailer in tow. After arriving home, we were horrified to see that the electronic lift on the trailer didn t work properly, and we were missing the grill that came standard with the trailer. The next morning my husband placed a call to the salesman who we purchased the trailer from, and he told him that he would find out about the grill and put him on the phone with a service person. My husband called at 10 am, and by 12 that afternoon, I called to speak to the man who walked us through the trailer, only to be given extremely rude treatment by the receptionist stating that they basically didn t have time to get to me right now and I would have to wait until they had time to call me back. As a customer who just purchased an trailer from this dealership, I was frustrated, and called back the salesperson to see if he was available. Again, his phone went straight to voicemail and I explained my frustration of the whole ordeal to him, and explained to him I expected the dealership to make it right. A little over three hours later, my husband received a call from the salesperson stating that he would no longer help us because he felt that I questioned his integrity and morals, and now we were on our own. WOW, what great customer service, you have an issue that you can easily fix, and you instead tell the customer to kiss off. Well to make matters worse, the service department called back and left a message that our trailer never came with the grill and that is why it was discounted to the 2013 price, which was a bold face lie. If you ever have to deal with this company, I suggest the buyer beware, and to make sure that you check everything with a fine tooth comb. After this experience, I will be that more aware of how to look at the dealership, and know that despite their low prices, this dealership is a bunch of liars, and swindlers who want nothing to do with you once you purchase their trailer. Buyer Beware!!!!
