I have been going to Shear Indulgence Salon and Spa since it opened and couldn't be more satisfied with the services I have received. The staff is extremely knowledgable and professional and the prices are very reasonable. They are always keeping up to date on the newest advances in the industry. I would highly recommend Shear Indulgence Salon and Spa to anyone! Keep up the great work ladies!!!!!!

I came in for a gel french manicure that I had purchased on Groupon and I LOVED the salon. I loved the funny, friendly banter between the staff. It was very comfortable and I plan on coming back to get my nails done for other major events!

I don't usually write reviews. But after reading Rachel's review I was horrified. I also had a Groupon for a Hydra Dew facial. She is lucky that Shear Indulgence Salon & Spa even offered her another service. She should be grateful, that they cared enough about customer service. I honestly don't think that she was bleeding for 10 minutes. Pleaseeeeeeeee. It looks like she is a person that nothing can make her happy, except writing bad reviews. My facial was wonderful!!!!!!!! What great customer service and pleasant and clean salon. I have already booked my next facial without a Groupon. P.S. It clearly states on the groupon coupon that a 20% gratuity will be added to the original price. If you have a problem with 20% don't buy the Groupon. If fact my service was so good, I tipped $20 instead of the required $12. I hope that Rachel's review will not turn people away.

This salon is FABULOUS!!!!! I've been searching for someone to actually do my hair the way I've asked them to for 10 years! And now I've finally found my home!! Meggan did my keratin treatment, highlights and cut. She is amazing. The entire staff really cares about your feelings and how you like your service. I had a really bad day going in for a pedicure and they offered me a glass of wine and calming music! the owner Lisa was so nice and made me feel like my needs were important. I highly recommend Shear Indulgence!!

I have been a client of Shear Indulgence for more than a year. The staff is very friendly and professional. They listen and give advise when asked. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try. My stylist always makes me feel "at home" and never rushes with me. My hair is very difficult to cut and it takes a special stylist to deal with it. I don't think you will be disappointed with this salon.

I had a great experience at Shear Indulgence. I first went there for a gel mani/spa pedi that I purchansed on Groupon. The girls did a wonderful job and were very friendly and professional. Before I left I booked a hair appointment for the next week. When I arrived the following week she remembered me (you'd be surprised how many people don't act like they know you) and asked how my manicure was holding up. I had chipped a nail that morning and she didn't even hesitate to say they would fix it free of charge. As for my hair, the stylist was great, she really listened to me and my hair looks great!

I wish I could say better things, but after my experience ended last night, I will never go back here nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else. I'll spare the gory details...but, I originally went in for a facial at 5. At 5:30, someone finally came out to get me. 10 minutes in to the facial I actually had an allergic reaction to the toner. I understand this can happen to anyone, and they did the right thing by stopping then offered me a pedicure to replace that. So, I went with the pedicure, and about 10 minutes in to that the girl doing my nails cut me with the cuticle clipper and I proceeded to bleed for 10 at this point my face is burning, I'm bleeding, and I just want to go home. When my nails are finally dry, I hand over some cash to the owner to give the stylist that did everything, and am about to leave when she tells me I owe $12...which is the gratuity, 20% for the value of the facial. I remind her I didn't get the facial, and she tells me I owe $9 which is 20% of the value of a pedicure. She tells me that they charge 20% gratuity for anything purchased with a Groupon...and that if anyone has a problem with that they can come to her. Really? You're not going to give your customers the prerogative on what they care to tip? ESPECIALLY after the experience I had? It was the most abysmal display of customer service I have ever experienced. As a business owner, you are taking a risk when you sign up for something like Groupon or Living Social. It's frankly insulting to "require" your customers to give 20% gratuity - not to mention at a place that has now taken up over two hours of your time and left you with a burnt face and a shoddy pedicure. I don't complain for the sake of complaining...hands down this was the worst salon experience I have ever had and if they keep running their business this way they'll be out of business soon.
