We were a group of 6. Nobody told us where to sit and the waitress already had that "stupid job" attitude (read no welcoming and not even a single smile). It should have been an alarm but we still stayed. The ordering part was a pain because they were missing several items and told in a "stupid tourists" tone. The food was cold for the most part and the last straw came with the receipt. We were suppose to know, as tourist again, that this particular restaurant needs YOU to say, before everything else, that you aren't a group but three couples. So "surprise", our receipt came with all 6 orders on it and it was impossible to change with the waitress arguing that we were basically stupid for not telling her before... even in the worst restaurant services I had, I never once was put in my place by the waitress. If you can, and we should have checked the score before, avoid this place altogether. I will let our guide know and everyone buying the NY tour.

My wife and I went to TGI Friday's not too long ago. We had a lovely night at a concert and went to try this place which ruinned our night. First we were received by one of the cleaning people who in fact was drinking something in a glass cup and walked us in holding her cup. Then we were sat in a corner which I believe was hell. The temperature was extremelly hot even after I took my bleiser and sweter off (I ended up only with my shirt). By the way that was how it felt everywhere inside Hell's Friday. Secondly the so called "waiter" approached us having some kind of "I hate my Job attitude" to take out order. We ordered two different drinks which she put in the middle of the table and walked away without giving me or my wife our respective drinks. She then came back to take our orders at exactly 11:45Pm. Believe it or not she brought us the food at 12:30Am...45 minutes later. After the drinks she never came back to our table to ask us if we wanted any more drinks (since we were in hell) or to at least to give us an explenation on why the food was taking so long. Finally when the food came it was very hot. Sorry... EXTREMELLY HOT. We didnt wanted to be there anymore and had to eat the food on slow motion for its hotness. When we finished eating my wife had to go to look for our dear waiter to ask her for the check which was over priced...$70 with suggested $13 tip (LOL). My wife suggested me not to leave any tip. By the way, the waiter stood righy next to me waiting for the money and asked me if I wanted any change back and I said "I absolutelly want all the change" she brought all the change and still stayed next to me like expecting something. At that point I felt bad for her and with pain in my hart and against my wife idea I left $5. *Would I come back to this place? No *Would I recommend this place to my family or relatives one? No

Horrendous! We were taken to our able by a waitress who hardly said anything to us. When we thanked her for seating us all we got was a snappy 'welcome.' The food choice was extremely limited compared to other TGI's I've eaten in and it was extremely over priced. We were sat for almost 30 mins and no-one came to take our order so we left. Some staff were sat behind us, yelling at each other. Avoid this TGIs, it is horrendous.

Came here in July with my sister and grandmother. Very horrible service. Waiter came up to us and asked what we wanted without paper and came back 2 times to repeat the order. We didn't get our drinks until about 45 mins after we ordered. I finally asked what was going on. They brought the food 10 mins later. The man who brought the food out was before cleaning tables across from us with blue gloves on, he brought the plates out with the dirty gloves on. After he went back to cleaning the table. I looked at the food that was about half a portion of a normal fridays (and double the price) . Grandmother asked for a veggie burger and was given a hamburger. We ate about halfway thru the food and decided it was gross and we weren't paying for it. Went to the manager and was only charged with the drinks. Will never go here again.

Unhappy. The food was overpriced, and of poor quality. I had the French Onion soup, which seemed like beef broth, onions, bread, and some partially-melted cheese. One of our salads was barely more than a 1/4 head of lettuce thrown in a plate with some garnish (seriously, the lettuce head wasn't even broken up). The chicken in our salad was also overlooked and dry. It did have some sauce haphazardly poured on it though, which made it mildly tasty. Our waiter took 15 minutes to take out order (not a problem for us since we were catching up with old friends). But the thing that annoyed me most was that after giving us our check, it took him at least 20 minutes to pick it up. Overall, I'd suggest that no one eat here. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more respectable establishments at which you could eat in the area.

The people that work there were very disrespectful to me and my woman. How dare you serve another table our order when we ordered first. On top of that they made us wait over an hour for our food. We did not feel welcomed at all. I would not recommend this to anyone.
