I'm very happy with the service I've received at Tempe Honda. I purchased my 2013 Accord from a lease and it was a smooth transition. Today my battery died (on a Sunday no less). I was able to get the car to start and drove it to Tempe Honda. In less than an hour I was out the door with a new battery. I'd definitely recommend Tempe Honda!

When I bought my 2011 Honda Fit from them back in 2011 they were top notch and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I had. In contrast this past month, when we were notified the Honda Fit was part of the airbag safety recall, has been the worst customer service experience. From the first moment of contacting Tempe Honda about the recall letter to today when I picked up my car it has been nothing but a tremendous stress and headache. Never have I been treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. They are awesome when they want you to buy a car from them, after they have your money the attitude changes. For the most part they were polite and smiled but you could tell everything I requested they do they did begrudgingly. To top it off Honda Corp still has not gotten in touch with me as was promised and it been over a month. Tempe Honda and Honda Corp made excuses and neither took responsibility for anything. Buyers beware, you have been warned!

Had a GREAT experience buying a certified pre-owned car for my daughter yesterday from Tempe Honda. Dan from online sales was fantastic to work with! He made the entire buying process quick and easy. We got a great low mileage car at a great price. Vince was also very helpful at getting us setup for financing. Lots of financing options to choose from with quick approval. Dan was very thorough walking us through the whole buying process. He took the time to help my daughter get to know her way around the vehicle, and also helped her with various setup items to get us on our way. She's now driving a very reliable vehicle that will take her far into the future, and I have peace of mind knowing she's in a car she can trust. My thanks to the Tempe Honda Pre-Owned team...well done...Thank You!! :)

Honestly,I did not have good experience with this dealership. Took my car there for diagnostic. My car was making a clicking noise when shift from reverse to drive. They said it's brake issue, actually it was easy to blame it because that is the only after market part in my car, I have recently spent money to change those brakes from brake masters. I wasn't satisfied with the answer paid them diagnostic fees. I took my car to other dealer and found it was transmission problem.
