This place is the worst. It's more like a college dorm than an apartment complex. Things break all the time. My apartment has flooded three times in a year. There's not enough parking so people park on the grass. My car got towed once. Don't live here... seriously.

After being quoted a different price over the phone, I was then asked to pay more when I went to pick up my key. This apartment complex is very mismanaged. The pool doesn't open on time if at all. I have never once seen anyone cleaning or maintaining the pool. The bathroom by the pool is DISGUSTING. I called the office for someone to open the pool, and after 10 minutes of calling it still wasn't opened. So, I visited the office and she said, "Oh, I'll send someone over there in a minute". Nice. And I mentioned that the bathrooms were disgusting. She acted like she didn't know. I mean, c'mon. You're the manager. The bathroom is 10 steps away. Why don't you go and take a look every morning, assess the property for which your residents pay good money. They need a better maintenance staff. Daily. DAILY! And also more organized staff in the office that give a damn.

I had a very bad experience with the Riverview Grand Apartments today. They shut off our water without notice for a leak in the building and decided to charge us a $25 fee once our renters insurance was over for the year though this does not effect the apartment building at all. The lease is written in such a way that is just designed to be able to unfairly charge you, and they are unsympathetic when things go wrong such as you not being able to take a shower or get a glass of water.
