Very American - and very incorrect. You know, you shouldn't cut the world out of a world war. ;)
1. Suppose Germany did make the right decisions concerning weapons development - well, they'd first deal with the Soviet Commies and the Brits. With Britain out of the war, the US would have no springboard for the invasion of Europe, and hence - no D-Day. Tales about Germans planning on invading the US are just... well, silly. They'd have neither the capacity (think of the difference in the population alone) nor the motive. The only reason to launch nuclear missiles on the US coast would be to scare Americans away from war in Europe, but without Britain, I doubt they'd intervene at all. Probably they'd be selling arms and equipment to both Germans and Russians - and make mighty good profit out of it.
2. As for people feeling miserable under Hitler's power - no: they felt that Hitler returned pride and self-esteem to the nation, and that they lived in the best country in the world. You can't beat this into people. Just read memoirs of ordinary Germans - I mean, not Commies or their sympathizers, Jews, or pervs. Of course, when bombs started falling, things and attitudes changed.
3. Concerning slave workforce: Germany was at war - EVERYBODY was working - so why should prisoners loiter? Besides, considering the fact that the US so generously supported the murderous Bolshevik USSR that was built on and around slave work, reproaching Germany in this respect is rather hypocritical.  ;)
4. As to the Nazi ideology - in the long run, the US might adopt it - but willingly so rather than because of German occupation.
5. Ultimately, German victory for  America would mean no Korean war, no Vietnam, no Cuban crisis, no Cold war, and no Neo-Marxists/libtards in power. Furthermore - the US wouldn't be fighting Israel's wars, and therefore - no 9/11.

Agreed. A conquest on the US were highly unlikely. But a invasion could be possible to force a surrender.

A more likely scenerio would be that the US would bend for Germany, but still be an independent country.

+travis lee : Thanks! At first I thought it's some Chthonic's song I haven't heard before. :) It seems the guys have a soft spot for Japanese children's bands - Baby Metal, now Momoiro Clover Z... (or whichever was first) :)

At 0:42 - is that Mahmud, Ibrahim, and Muhammad carrying the trinkets? I might be mistaken, though. What is it you're fighting for, again?

Where. The. Fuck. Is. The. Official. Release??? Shit, Dimmu Borgir don't even have to do anything - just release the same thing in decent quality.  What's the fricking problem? I'm afraid that the guys will decide that by this time, too many folks have the illegal copies anyway, so why bother releasing the real stuff at all?

+Graham Ferguson : I'd like one too. :)
But - if NRK owns the copyright, why did Dimmu Borgir state THEY were going to release the DVD (http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/dimmu-borgir-still-working-on-official-forces-of-the-northern-night-concert-dvd/)?
