The Burkheimer Weissburgunder (100% Pinot Blanc) is unmistakably racy in both its aromas and flavors. The volcanic soils of the area give this wine a very high-toned bouquet of unripe white peach, orange zest, white pepper, and pear. Flavors of tart green apple and lemon are underpinned by a medium-weight palate with electric acidity and minerality. Pair this wine with ceviche, crudo, or any dish emphasizing clean, elegant flavors.

2013 Bercher Weissburgunder Burkheimer - $16.95
