Minus the employee with the bad attitude and overpriced product, nice showroom. Just a showroom, wouldn't purchase anything there. If you're interested in our experience see below. Nancy Bouchal We arrive and said we need help picking hardwood floor. Nancy just looked at the showroom and then looked at us dumb. We proceeded to the showroom, browsed and selected something out. We alerted Nancy of our finding and that we needed engineering grade. She said it wasn't engineering grade. She gave us some explanation we didn't understand and she left. So we picked something else out from the brief explanation she gave us. Again wasn't available in engineering. So finally fed up with being stuck in the store with no help we told her we were the only ones in the store, you owe us common courtesy to help us. She gave us some Ghetto attitude "I don't owe you anything". A call later, the item was available in engineering grade at $9 a sq ft. so we went else where to buy carpet and hardwood.
