Hi Folks!

Today I would love to share Sanuma with you.
Sanuma is a simple, free beautiful online photo gallery

https://desk.ahome-it.com/#!@/snm

You can view pull photos from your hard drive or any supported cloud service.
Sanuma currently supports Google Photos, Instagram, Twitter, Flicker.
Facebook and other services are coming soon.

Note that Sanuma only display your photos in a beautiful gallery.
We do NOT store your photos on our servers.
When you display photos from the local file system we read and display then on the client.
For any connected cloud service we only read the url of the photos and display then on the client.

What s next ?
- Mobile client
- Support for more cloud service. Specially Facebook
- User registration and persistence of settings
- Upload a picture to multiple service from one place
- And more … 

Please keep in mind that this is beta release. So expect some bugs.

Looking forward to hearing your feeback !

Cheers

Hello (GWT)-Folks,

Hope you are all doing great.

We are about the release a beta version of one our apps and would love to get some feedback before launch
The app is called Matila(written with GWT of course :) ).
I will explain why the name Matila in another post :)

At core Matila is a text editor that helps user read text base files, locally or on any drive service.
The files can also be saved locally or remotely on any cloud service.
We will start with the FileSystem, DropBox and Google Drive support and will add more services soon.

With Matila one can also manage files (rename, delete, move ) across the local file system and any cloud service. Think of moving a file from dropbox to google drive with a simple drag and drop.
Or from dropbox to the local file system.

Matila will be available on the web, Window, Linux and Mac. With mobiles clients in beta2

We plan to support opening more files format (PDF, Office, Images, Video, etc ) right inside matila in the future. For the first release only text based files can be opened. The others will be downloaded.

What do you guyz think ?
Is this something you would use ? If no why not ? What can we do better ?

Looking forward for your feedbacks

Regards,

Alain

+Jonathon Lamon  Yes. Files that we cant process will be opened with the native editor of that service. Also since we know the type of the file (not the content) we will reopen it with the same editor even if you move it to another service. There will be a native client for Windows, Mac and Linux yes. At Core Matila is a text editor that we try to integrate with our different drives. Remote or local. The goal is to make it as useful as notepad.

We are so excited to share Ahomé Desk Beta 1

A year ago @Elom and I had a vision of creating a unique and personal cloud experience. An intelligent layer over the things you care the most.

The cloud is everywhere. And the number of services we use increases exponentially. Document, , Photos, Videos, Musik, Contacts, Friend, Events, Locations, Social Networks etc ...

We found ourselves using more and more applications every day. Keeping track on all this services becomes even more challenging.

And because most of those services are not designed to play nice with each other, as users we found ourselves switching back and fort between them. Loosing focus. Wasting time.

Ahomé Desk is our attempt fix this situation. Our attempt to intelligently organise the way we use the cloud.

A place where you access the things that are important to you in a simple familiar, beautiful interface. Organized and synchronized across devices.

A place where the user is at the center and not the services that she uses.

Your Home in the Cloud

Please keep in mind that this is a beta release. So expect bugs and things that or not polished and or finished yet.

We are just at the beginning of our journey, we have lots of things in the pipeline and cant wait to share with you what s coming next.

We need you to make this a great product.
Please visit link below and let us know what you think.

We are almost done. Cant wait to share this with the world.

Ahomé Desk is about simplifying and unifying the way we use the cloud. Think of it as the entry point to all the things you care the most in the cloud.

For that we built Messengers. A simple beautiful layer on top of all your favorites communication services.

We cant wait to see you using this.

Hello Folks,

We have this library the we ve built to create desktop application based on Chrome/Node JS out of GWT apps.

It s basically helps create Chrome package apps, Chrome extensions, nwjs apps , electron apps. One part of the library wraps the NodeJS API. So one could use it to write pure NodeJS apps. The other part is wrapper around Chrome, Electron and nwjs APIs

We are having discussions if we should open source it or no. I m willing to do it if there are people interested in such thing.

Otherwise we will just leave the effort to bring it into a shape that s acceptable for others to use.

Any one interested ?

Cheers

I would also +1 any framework code to expose more platforms to release apps on.
