I have been a client for 10+ years with Sunrise Dental. Originally when I moved here from PA to start my teaching career I went to this dental practice out of convenience. They were very close to home and work. Since then I have moved 3 times and now live in Cary. I have not changed dentists over the years because of the customer service and quality of work. I have found over the past decade that if I have a question about my coverage it is handled efficiently. Every 6 months I need to travel a bit further and take off more time from work in order to visit this dental practice but I will gladly do that. 5+ years ago I decided to have my front two peglaterals fixed and found the work done superb. I have had many compliments . . . My husband is now I client . . . Dr. Vice performed a bone graft and implant last year and the work done is superb. The part we appreciated the most was the phone call from the Dr. Vice at our home day after to check on his progress and answer any questions that we had. We both feel like we are taken care of . . and trust their care. Satisfied clients for 10+ years!

This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. I went to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. They forgot to give me the nitrous they made me pay $350 bucks for beforehand. I ask about it and receive the reply, oh I forgot it was written down on the right side of the page... I was in a lot of pain after the surgery, due to one of the teeth removed was badly infected. I call to see if I can get a refill of my pain meds. I was told the doctor wasn't available and would call me back. Never received a call back. They then lose my follow up appointment. They did squeeze me in, and the assistant and the dentist ran into confusion/argument over whether to clean the affected areas or not. Then I make the mistake of scheduling another appointment for a cleaning. On the way home they call me and tell me there was a booking are do I want to move my appointment. This place is beyond bad. Avoid at all costs.

My family (3 of us) tried Sunrise Dental on Spring Forest, and none of us would EVER go back. They ran up the bill as much as our insurance would allow, and then recommended unnecessary extra treatments that would have had us coming back. The doctor we felt was only in it to raise their reimbursements rate! We thought it was a big scam operation, and would never go back!

I just moved to the Raleigh area so I didn't have a local dentist yet but it was time for me to get my teeth cleaned. I'm embarrassed to say I was a little past due. I knew I didn't want to go to one of those dentists that have their office in a strip mall. Coming from the town I grew up in that just seems strange to me. My morning commute takes me right down Spring Forest to Falls of Neuse, right by them, every morning and I didn't even realized it was a dentist office. So when I searched online for a nearby dentist I was surprised to find out that the "house" on the corner was actually Sunrise Dental. lol When I first got there, I was impressed with how nice and comfortable the office was. Being in that part of town it's in it's almost like a retreat! The staff there was very welcoming and the chairs in the waiting room are real comfortable. It's a good thing I didn't have to wait very long or I might have taken a nap. lol My cleaning went well. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, which is exactly what I was looking for. In health care, no news is good news. Dr. Vice was very personable, and I guess because I was new he took a minute to talk to me after he checked my teeth. The whole experience was very pleasant. Couldn't have hoped for more. I think I'm pretty lucky to have found a new dentist in my new city on my first try! Checked that one off my list... I'd definitely recommend Sunrise Dental to anyone that asks. Thanks guys!

Dr. Dirk Vice rocks. He pulled all my wisdom teeth and I felt no pain. He continues to provide great care with routine checks, cleanings and such. The staff their is lovely and talented and I will never stop going to sunrise dental so long as I live.
