Walked in to Crunchy's on a Saturday afternoon. The seating was about a third full. We were instructed by a waiter to grab any table. For the next ten minutes I watched the waitstaff (2 waitresses and 4 waiters) screw around. They laughed and joked, drank soft drinks from sealed styrofoam cups with straws, but never came to take an order. After getting up and walking out, I wondered if they ever knew we were there. Too bad looked like an extensive draught list. Saying terrible service doesn't do this review justice... how about no service.

I feel like this place and it's staff thinks more highly off itself than it really is. The location isn't that stellar, the food and drinks are mediocre, and the service is virtually nonexistent. Because there's a small line every now and then, the staff has this holier than thou attitude, like you should be thankful for getting a filthy booth and a visit from a server within an hour. I just don't get it, the value of the place and the attitudes don't match at all.

While I have yet to come for the ever-popular 'Karaoke Night' (your welcome everyone), the atmosphere is very chill and relaxing and the staff is always nice. The food is a step up from bar food (not that I'm in the business of eating solid food), and the booze is always on point.

Crunchy's definitely has one of the best burgers in the area. It's a dive, no bones about it. Could use a little sprucing up as the televisions, carpet, banquets, tables, and chairs are ancient. But if you're looking for cheap drinks and friendly service, it's hard to beat this place.

College students have to love this place for overall great selection along with cheap but quality burgers. Can't go wrong with their famous crunchy $6 burger with several topping variations and options to swap out chips for either tots, onion rings or fries.

Burgers are absolutely delicious. Fair warning, they are very greasy, but they're incredible. Don't get the chips, pay the extra 1.29 for fries. Chips = Bag of Better Made potato chips. Go during the lunch special where it's 5 bucks for a burger with fries included, so you save like 2 bucks overall. Thrifty and filling. They have a good selection of beers, too. Can't go wrong with Crunchy's, definitely a place to bring visitors and tourists.
