I completely agree, something should be done. I get all of these charges that don't make sense. Last month I payed my bill TWICE because the online account did not update yet I never get any of that money back and talking to representatives is a joke! I've also had issues with the bill Autopay and they've stopped sending me paper bills to boot even though I've never signed up for paperless billing. It is simply the worst company, there has to be something we could all do to push them out or bring in some new options.

People's Gas/NSG is an awfully run company with poor business practices. I have had nothing but trouble dealing with their representatives and constantly having to call them about discrepancies with my statements. At one point, they canceled my bill Autopay while I was going for months for business and with no attempt to contact me by phone or email, sent my bill to collections which stays on my credit score for 7 years! I have talked to others about this who have had similar problems, be aware of this and review every statement/payment/charge from them!! As another person said in their reviews, is there any way to get some competition for gas services?

Optimize Your Google Plus Profile and Pages For SEO

I joined Google Plus 3 weeks after it launched last summer. I have to say that at first I didn't know what I was doing in terms of optimizing my profile, and later, my brand page for Google search.

The best thing about Google Plus is definitely the people you meet. Not only in terms of how interesting and engaged some people are but also in terms of how much they know and are willing to share about a specific topic.

This brings me to Optimization of your pages and profiles. There is little doubt that Google is starting to look for G+ signals in terms of how they rank people and pages in search engine results (even outside of you being logged in i.e search plus your world).

I think it is absolutely fundamental that people grasp an understanding of this, especially #realtors that are looking to include Google Plus into their #realestatemarketing mix.

Here are the 2 best posts I have come across, written by 2 people I hold in very high regard on this subject matter:

Google+ SEO by +AJ Kohn - this one is long, but it is incredibly informative and detailed with actually examples of how things are starting to work in terms of SERPS.

Sent in my cancellation via mail, continued to be charged months after until I called and they finally cancelled my account. This gym is not great to begin with and after this experience I will never be returning.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They should be shut down. They change the due date of my bill from month to month, so when I think I am paying on time I get charged late fees. I've never signed up for paperless billing yet receive no paper bill which does not help with the ever changing bill due date. One month it's due the 15, the next month it's due the 12th and so on. When you talk to someone on the phone they are the most rude, unresponsive, unintelligent people I have ever talked to. They cannot explain to me why I've been charged late fees when I pay my bill on time and they cannot explain to me other fees which do not make sense. Their online system is horrible, it does not update after you've made payments so it's impossible to tell what you owe and many times I end up over paying because the account did not update after a payment is made. Where this money goes? I have no clue. If I had ANY other option for a gas company I would take it in a heart beat, I never want to hear the name People's Gas again. I honestly think they should be investigated and shut down.
