I have now watched your video 4 times and have come up with the following instructions. Please check to see if I have it right. Thanks.

Freidasex’s Baked ham
 
Purchase a spiral cut fully cooked baked ham
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
 
Make topping of ½ cup brown sugar and ½ cup honey, mix well
 
Place ham, face down, on foil lined baking pan
Pour over ham a mixture of ½ cup oj and ½ cup peach juice (he said any juice would work, I am using pineapple)
Place in oven for 10 minutes
Baste, return to oven for 10 minutes
Baste, Back in oven another 10 minutes
Baste, Back in oven another 10 minutes
Scoop out juice from bottom of pan; Apply honey mixture on top and smooth all over like icing a cake, Back in over for 10 minutes
Baste
Cook for 1 ½ hours total (it appears you are basting 8 times if you baste every 10 minutes)
Remove from oven, cover with foil tent and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.

I just discovered your videos today when looking for a baked ham recipe. I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation.  Is your recipe available in writing? I have a hearing disability and was not sure of the exact ingredients; i.e., you added something to the OJ and I am not sure what it was and could not read the container. Was it pineapple juice or more OJ?

I made your Honey Baked Ham and it was a terrific hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. One said she was going to make this for Christmas dinner. Thanks!

I am 80 years old and I have made this as long as I can remember. My mother used to make it without the CocaCola (even though we are from Atlanta ;-).) I cannot remember where I got the idea to add Coke, but I always do.  Thanks for the memories!
