So right, there's options most user don't know it means and we keep putting there just for us.
One problem I've seen so far with us software engineers building applications is that we make applications liek we are the regular user, and we build-in the tweaks and configs we want to use.

Yeap, great article. I do agree with him. We will be way better by firing a huge bunch of managers and HR people doing nothing but getting in the middle of the actual working people.
