Why do we let the jerks take over the internet discussion over and over? Why don't we moderate or challenge these people in our public spaces? Why not make it as hard for them to be on the 'net as they tend to make it for women and minorities?
Why is the most vile segment of humanity allowed to set the tone in so many public internet spaces?
