#‎tuesdaytip‬ ‪#dailycleanse cleansing does not have to be a complex week long process. It can be done on a #daily basis by drinking hot water or herbal tea throughout the day. This is a great way to #cleanse the #lymphatic system and keep the channels clear like a flowing river . A hot & light beverage like #tea will also help support the #digestivefire and promote #healthy #digestion thus #prevent #constipation #bloating #toxins

#challenge drink at least 3-4 cups of hot herbal tea for 2 weeks to feel the difference. Avoid ice, cold beverages, soda, etc... room temp water is fine.

Start your morning off with hot water and lemon with a little maple syrup if you'd like. Through out the day and the next 2 weeks mix up the type of herbal teas you enjoy.

If it's summer where you are opt for cooling teas like fennel, mint, rose, hibiscus, licorice combine with a little bit of cardamom, and a slice of ginger. If it's winter cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, rosemary, turmeric, tulsi, with a little mint, fennel or licorice Avoid honey or sweetner and any form of milk in the tea.
