Borer Treatment in Dunedin and Mosgiel - This photo was recently taken at a residential property in a Dunedin suburb. It highlights the destructive nature of an untreated borer problem. Note that some of the rimu floorboards have completely collapsed (you can only see the carpet underlay from under the house) due to borer larvae.

We specialise in treating borer infested subfloors.

Spider Proofing Dunedin - These photos show a nice example of the large brown vagrant prowling spider which was found by our technician in a property in Mornington, Dunedin.
They are ground dwelling in gardens and forests throughout New Zealand.
Their bite can be painful and can grow up to approx 27mm in diameter.
This species has quite a distinctive set of marking on their abdomen.

Wasp Nests - Dunedin and Mosgiel

Here is a typical example of a wasp nest inside a ceiling cavity. Some of them can get much larger than this. In many cases (like this one) the householder is not aware of the nest until they observe a lot of wasp activity around the roof area.

Domestic and Commercial:

Yes, it's that time of year again! As the weather is cooling down these warm-blooded rodents want to take your food and heat

They can chew through a variety of materials, so itโ€™s easy for them to access your home. They can destroy wood and other structures in your house. Not to mention, they breed rapidly, so itโ€™s easy to get infested quickly.
