Introduction
I graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I still point to where I am from on my hand. While in college, I studied English and Business/Communications, because I like words more than numbers.

I am a detail-oriented management specialist with a rich background in client, content and project management, copywriting and editing. I like finding new ways to solve new problems, unless the old way to solve your new problem is better.

I'm a project manager at Gentex. It's pretty great.

unlike a lot of mexican restaurants, their vegetables actually taste like they are supposed to. they don't turn into the bland "not-sure-what-vegetable-i-am-eating" flavor that you get elsewhere (looking at you, qdoba). be warned though, their serving sizes are mammoth. each burrito is the size of a small child.

the fried tofu was so soggy it wasn't solid, and the mushrooms tasted like they'd been soaked in perfume. my coworkers had much better luck though, so if you're not a vegetarian, it's probably okay.

It's a Jewel, and it's right across the street from a Whole Foods. Nothing too remarkable.

one of zeeland's better mexican restaurants. the owners are kind and helpful, the service is fast and the food is delicious. their fish tacos are awesome. and you can't go wrong with a free basket of chips and salsa.

Heard really good things, but their vegetarian options were pretty lackluster, and their coffee was just alright. For the price? Meh.
