The pharmacy under Aida with pharmacists: Angie, and Soon are the top of the mark. I have been to many pharmacies in my 72 years of life, and this one is well organized and if they should be out of any drugs, they will call you at home to so advise you and have them in usually one day. They will also tell you what CVS Pharmacy has the drug, if it is an emergency, and you can go over to such pharmacy and pick it up. The pharmacists are well versed in pharmacology, and I have found that they know a lot more than most Internists concerning how the drugs interact or are synergistic with other drugs you are taking.. Ida and Angie have advised me of new drugs that are coming out so that my doctors are alerted of such drugs so that my health can be more optimum. I strongly recommend the pharmacy department of the CVS Pharmacy on Verdugo Avenue in Burbank.

This location is a fairly average CVS. It is a little on the small side, not particularly neat or tidy. But not filthy, either. While I was waiting to check out, the manager took his time explaining, with a rather animated affectation, to an elderly customer, that he didn't know anything about the ATM in his store and that she shouldn't even ask him about it. He wouldn't let her get a word in edgewise. If it concerned the ATM, he didn't want to hear about it. I believe she was asking if there was a fee to withdraw money. A simple "I don't know" would have sufficed. After I checked out, and the register drawer had just slammed shut, I asked for some quarters. Once again, the overly-animated affectation with hands flying in the air. He said, "Nope! Not gonna do it. We're not here for that." As I was walking out the door, he called out that I should go to a laundromat, where they have quarter machines. The complete lack of care or concern was astounding. This young man should not be in any sort of customer service position. His actions reflect badly on CVS, and this location particularly. I have not been back since, and cannot imagine returning anytime soon. It is a shame, too, since this location is walking distance from my house.

This is the best CVS with the best pharmacy of any in LA or New York that I've been to. Big, clean, easy and nice people.
