As a biological computing device, the human body needs certain biochemical catalysts to work properly.
Apart from lots of fruit and vegetables and removing inflammatory foods such as meat, wheat, dairy, processed foods, grains and white sugar – there is a need to get quantities of magnesium back into the body daily.

Barefoot or minimalist running, when you start talking about natural running or barefoot running there is quite often a misunderstanding in regards to if you've got a running shoe on then you are not barefoot running.

Industrial Agriculture Needs Major Overhaul, but Eliminating Nature Is Not the Answer
Creating patented lab-grown meat products is not about feeding the world or eliminating animal suffering. It's about dominating billionaires looking to put patents on the food system. While many view lab-created meat substitutes as the lesser of two evils when comparing it to conventional factory farmed meat that currently dominates the market, taking nature out of the equation altogether is not the answer

Local Food Systems food security in a changing climate.. what does that mean..... local food systems.
what I am refering to is understanding the area that you are living, its food security and how it relates to a changing climate.

Depending on what science that you buy into, whether you are on board with the global warming and the rhetoric that is put out about the human input into the changing weather pattern, or if you have taken the time to do the research yourself and come to your own conclusions.

As always as much as I'd like to think that in my observations I may not be subject to confirmation bias and i will always admit to that possibility, but it's hard to ignore on the ground reports and actual scientific observations of not glogal warming but global cooling.

At the moment what I am observing in my area of the world is that this is the coldest snap we had for a long time which goes against the much-publicised warming trend. If you take time to follow other independent reports you can quickly see enough data backed reports indicating that the conversation of climate change due to human interaction does not live up to the rhetoric when compared to actual scientific data.

So what impact is this going to have on local food systems and food security. The ability for a community to have local food sources that are not dependent on central distribution agencies could become crucial if there is a massive and continued interruption in commercial quantities of food stocks and the distribution chain.

The structures that dominate mankind are monopolistic, non-optional, and violence based. The central principle of their operations – the one they enforce thousands of times every day – is this: Do what we say or we’ll hurt you.

Lectins are sugar-binding proteins and, through thousands of years of selectively breeding wheat for increasingly larger quantities of protein, the concentration of WGA lectin has increased proportionately. This, no doubt, has contributed to wheat’s global dominance as one of the world’s favored monocultures,

You have a choice. You can continue to put toxic food on your family’s dinner plate, and wait to see what happens after you have randomly barraged the proteins throughout your body with glyphosate bullets, one by one. Once you or a close family member is diagnosed with a debilitating and painful disease, you can deal with all the medical expenses in a seemingly hopeless quest for recovery. Or you can make a pledge to switch
