This is a great burger joint - The food is top notch, the atmosphere is hip and fresh, and the service is very quick and attentive. The overall 'package' is well worth the slightly pricey menu items and it's a great place to grab dinner for any University City student. Must Have Suggestions: You'll definitely want to grab some sweet potato fries and at the very least share a spiked shake!

It was great. Now they provided reward cards. Hope to see them in DE soon. I don't like the sauce that comes with the fries. But I'm glad ketchup is provide. The burgers are good like 5 guys but a lot less messy. It's definitely a good spot to check out.

Great burgers and fries. My favorite is the LA burger. Avocado relish and watercress! You can get any burger crunchified (potato chips added), which may seem kinda weird, but definitely adds a nice crunch! I love the sweet potato fries, which come with a honey mustard dipping sauce. Pretty solid onion rings as well. They also have a lot of different sauces to use on your burger or fries. Try the burger sauce for some tanginess or the jalapeno sauce for some extra heat. My only complaint are the prices. The burgers aren't too large so I usually order a side of fries or something, bringing the total to around $12. Add on a drink and you're looking at a $15 meal for a slightly nicer fast food meal (imo, in-n-out is better and much cheaper). But for what you can find in the area, BBP definitely satisfies burger&fries cravings like no other. The service is good. For dine-in, you order at the register and seat yourself, with the employees serving you when your food is ready. Wait is usually around 10-15 minutes. For take-out, it feels like the wait is longer. I've had to wait up to 25 minutes before. I've seen employees mess up orders or forget about them a few times. Fun and modern-looking establishment. Sometimes it can get a bit packed but generally you can find seating immediately. I don't see myself being a regular here, but it's still a nice treat once or twice a month.

So this is the second time I've been to Bobby's Burger Palace, and I want to say that I am still impressed at what you can get here. I give props to one of our nation's Iron Chef to be able to create a burger chain that is pretty successful in portraying his ideas/beliefs in the food he creates (if you watch The Food Network, you probably somewhat know what I am talking about). The restaurant has an outdoor seating area, but no upper level. They sell alcohol, too! Food I was there with a friend, and we traded half of our food with each other so we were able to try the different burgers. I tried half of the L.A. Burger, half the Dallas burger, and half of the sweet potato fries. Everything was amazing! I liked the L.A. burger over the Dallas, though, because the combination worked really well together (the avocado was amazing). What made the food even better were the condiments provided right at the table! It consisted of: ketchup, mustard, jalapeño hot sauce, chipotle ketchup, and a burger sauce. The jalapeño sauce was AMAZING with the burgers; the burger sauce was decent, too, but it tasted like steak sauce. The chipotle ketchup goes really, really well with the sweet potato fries. Finally, my friend and I both also ordered milkshakes. They were really good, but I think they are too small for $5. Service Service was great, too! Bobby's Burger Palace is a store in which you order at a counter, take a number, sit down somewhere showing the number, and wait for a staff member to bring the food. Food come out soon after we ordered, so it's pretty fast. The server overheard us a few times and answered questions like "What's the Burger Sauce," and gladly gave me the answer. When we sat down, the staff came by very quickly and gave us utensils. When they brought us our food, they also asked us if we want an explanation of the sauces, which I thought was very nice of them. Pros: Food is very good and came out fast, the sauces!! Cons: Limited Seating, Parking around area is hard to find. Recommendations: Put some jalapeño sauce on burgers, eat fries with the chipotle ketchup and/or the spicy honey mustard given on the sides.
