Ignore all documentation, ignore that your app is using content owned by others without their permission, behave exactly like every other scammer out there and then be SHOCKED when +Google doesn't want to deal with you anymore.

I'm not buying this guy's story one bit. Innocent? Willful ignorance isn't innocent, it's a whole heaping helping of lazy but in no way can you claim any kind of /innocence/. "I didn't know I was breaking a rule" is not a valid defense unless that rule was unknown prior and, sorry buddy, plenty of documentation was there in his face at any time.

Never mind that this guy just advertised his incompetence and then goes on to blame Google for ruining his business. No, what this guy is trying to do is play on the sympathies of people that take this kind of thing wholesale and run with their protest signs. It's downright unethical. I'm glad Google banned him from making more apps and am not the least bit shocked they don't want him to have access to Wallet. Would you let him keep using your shit if he ignored all of the clearly posted rules and multiple warnings?

Oh, and the fact that your software company is organized in such a way that your poor WIFE AND CHILDREN are also banned means you have some fundamental problems with your business, not that Google is a monster.
The hidden danger when developing for Android

I especially like the parts where he makes obvious sympathy plays. "I threw out my macs, smashed my iPhone, switched my whole family to ubuntu and Android."

I'm sure he "smashed" his iPhones, rather than capitalize on their high resale value retention.

He tried to profit off of other people's content, and was "surprised" when Google suspended, then banned him. Were I him, upon the first suspension I would have immediately reached out to find out what the problem was.

Now he's banned from writing apps for Google. Too bad he threw out all of his Apple devices.

Assuming most people do not really remember much before the age of 5 (give or take, born approx 1996 which is also right in the middle of the 'Echo Baby Boom' of the late 90s) that means in 2014, anyone who was at least 5-years-old or older at the time of 9/11/2001 is now, at least, 18-years-old. Assuming most men with the ability to grow a full beard will hit their solid beard potential around 18-years-old (again, give or take), that means every man who can conceivably remember 9/11 can now also grow a beard.

2014 is also a new peak for beard popularity. Just sayin'.

Arguably, I'm still correct. Reading my comment, let alone responding to it, was a waste of your time, was it not?

I wasn't shocked to find that +Heywire Free Texting had a terrible website after receiving the email that I had signed up... Oh, wait, I didn't sign up! Some idiot used my email address to sign up. Unfortunately, since Heywire doesn't confirm email addresses at all and have no good way to say "hey, some idiot used my email to sign up" solution in that totally useless 'welcome' email, I just retrieved the password for the account and ATTEMPTED to manually removed my email address. (What the fuck? It won't let me change the email... ever? What the hell is wrong with you people?) Of course that gave me access to any texts made on the account. You really should have more robust verification before allowing any idiot use your shit for spamming and harassing others. Really not happy with one of my emails associated with a spam account on some rinky-dink texting service.

Milk ("pantry" whatever Vons' brand) went bad a full week before "sell by" date (tsell by date is March 28, this is posted on the 21st, milk went bad 2 days ago). Bread purchased on the same trip went bad, unopened opened two days later. Otherwise perfect looking Dole bananas looked REALLY beat up and over-ripe the *next day* and they were absolutely not smashed in transit from store to home. I have produce purchased before, from elsewhere, that is still fine INCLUDING a banana. This kind of random shit keeps happening, only from stuff bought here. Go figure. I still prefer Winco, just wish it was closer.
