Momocho is my favorite restaurant on the planet. The food is amazing and never disappoints! If you love guacamole (as much as I do), try their sampler......you won't regret it! Chef/Owner Eric Williams is a super friendly and just plain AWESOME. The staff is super friendly too. Go as quickly as you can to Momocho!! It will change your life!

Not a fan of Momocho. Prices are ridiculous...place is packed with suburbanites and the staff are arrogant and rude. I also heard that the staff go to Villa Y Zapata to eat...and I don't blame them! That's where the really good food is at...HA!

Have heard it's great ! Haven't had the chance to eat there due to latex allergy..(Latex gloves in food prep.)..........wish they would use an alternative. Lots of us in healthcare have this crazy allergy. 3 states have made them illegal, wish Ohio would!!

Like others said, guac is amazing, atmosphere is unique, and entrees are well done. Food service was a bit slow (almost an hour from order to food) and because of that I give it 4 stars.

The food is amazing and the drinks are even better! Unfortunately, it's NOT worth having to deal with the rude, unhelpful and arrogant staff which seem to delight in making their patrons feel unwelcome. Save yourself the trip, there are better places to eat in Cleveland with much friendlier service professionals!!!

This was good. I will definitely return to Momocho. It was delicious and a really neat place, just not what I expected after all the hype. I feel like I need to eat there again. Everyone in our friend circle was raving about Momocho, so we went on a Wednesday evening. When we got there, we waited about fifty minutes for a table. It was chilly out and we had to wait outside because the inside was just packed. Waiting wasn't a huge deal, everyone was kind. Across the street there was a kid dancing on the roof of his mom's van. We just watched him while we waited for our seats. I'm sure that this kind of entertainment does not happen every day, but the stars were aligned for us. We were seated on the patio. This was not ideal because it was getting colder, but we didn't mind. Ordered drinks and food and our server came out to tell us that a table had opened up indoors and that she would love to move us in there if we wanted. I really appreciated this. It definitely made extra work for her to move us and our drinks all upstairs but I appreciated being out of the cold so much. The walls upstairs were decorated with paintings of luchadores. I LOVED them. I could NOT stop looking at them. I went home and made a painting of my sister and her husband as luchadores and gave it to them as a wedding gift. It is hanging in their living room. My husband ordered the duck confit tacos and I got the goat cheese guacamole. I am extremely leery of people putting things into guacamole. I like it very simple. I was pleasantly surprised. The goat cheese and poblano guac was very good. The chips were perfect. My husband's tacos were also very good, just not as good as I was expecting after all of the talk. They were also very small for the price. They just weren't mind blowing enough to be that small. I will be back. The service here was just wonderful. The restaurant is well decorated and cool. They definitely make the most of the space that they have. The food was great. I will definitely be back to try some more adventurous guacamole.
