Good, local-feeling, laid back. Felt very American in a good way. Had a biscuit for breakfast that was tasty.

This is a place great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast the pastries, breads, and espresso drinks are all awesome. Make to try the daily special as well. For Lunch and dinner the light get a bit dimmer and romantic making the ideal spot for a date. They serve up tastes fresh oysters, farm to table vegetables from local NY farms, and amazing entrees from duck breast to Sea bass.

A bit over priced- the owner and managers are incredibly kind- but the employees are snobby and generally not great to interact with. This is the epitome of hipster land- and even with its delicious pastries has lost some of its charm to the almost sarcastic cliche it's become.

Come for breakfast, their coffee, espresso drinks and baked goods are really good. Cool staff, great music, changing seasonal dinner menu with some solid year round staples.

Great brunch spot in the heart of bougie Brooklyn. The smoked potatoes and baked eggs are hearty and flavorful, and the Bloody Mary is on point. It can get busy though, so be prepared for a wait--and maybe better to come with a smaller group.
