5 Ways to reduce Post workout muscle soreness?

1. Use Caffeine. i.e 2 cups of coffee have been shown to reduce Post muscle soreness

2. Eat Blueberries i.e Has been shown to reduce soreness due to the anti-inflammatory in them

3. Train more often i.e training more often can properly condition muscle reducing soreness

4. Form Rolling i.e its been shown myofascial release can greatly reduce soreness of the muscle

5. Cook with ginger i.e like blueberries it is a great anti-inflammatory

Well done the whole community of Clones in supporting the @BOIbusiness expo & the community & sports club expo this weekend @PEACELinkSports Thank you very much to the @monaghangaa players who turned up with the Anglo Celt Cup and Árd Stiurthoir Pauric Duffy of @officialgaa for his fantastic speech in encouraging and acknowledging the groups that really make and sustain a community like we have here in the Clones Area. The Peace Link was delighted to help and facilitate this brilliant initiative for Clones and hopefully we will be able to make this an annual event.
