Sometimes I forget how much I like cabbage. Bonus points when it's in a creamy, cheesy sauce!

Ugh, it's snowing again this morning and I'm hoping it's just March, coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb. While I'm pondering that, I'm taking a quick look back at a very delicious February!

Naturally sweet dates and honey, blended into a paste and sandwiched between two fresh, buttery cookies. Heaven! Recipe on my +About.com  Food column.

With St. Patrick's Day coming up, I've got potatoes and cabbage on the brain. So I flashed back to a great England vacation with this variation on a classic bubble and squeak!

I used their coconut oil to make an apple pie crumb bread and was very happy with the result. It made for a very moist, delicious treat and I highly recommend it!
