Join me in New York this Spring 2017!

I will be showing you how I ganache with sharp edges and then ice with fondant, to achieve a perfect finish. Then, I will also share my favourite gold lustre dust, used on this cake here. And we will be making my signature sugar peony and classic sugar rose, and leaves. Finally, learn how to place them on the cake, in a stylish arrangement.

All this in 2 full days, in MIDTOWN, Manhattan! Details of the location will be supplied soon. @chicsugars and I are very excited to be working together to bring you this class!

All tools and supplies will be provided in class, and the cutters and veiners will be available to purchase as well, after class. As a special gift, I will be giving each student, a set of my favourite magic smoothers :)
