My experience with Tiger supplies has by far being the most fascinating and reliable one. They provided me with tremendous large storage boxes and bags for my business holdings. I am truly thankful to them. They are better than any others.

Ordered two battery chargers and paid with PayPal. Received email today that they were canceling my order with no explanation or reason why and refunding my money to PayPal. Now, not only am I not getting my chargers, they have tied up my $300 dollars in PayPal Land and I cannot order from another site till I get a credit processed. Beware of this practice, as they draw you in with low prices and then this happens.

If I could leave no stars I would! Started off great when I ordered from them. Then I needed our lazer recalibrated so when I called "Chaya" she told me once they received it, it would take a week to be worked on and then sent back. It was delivered on 10/14/15 once two weeks went by and I hadn't received it back I called Chaya would said "they were closed for two weeks" yet they signed for it during the two weeks she claims they were closed and we also spoke on the phone during those two "closed" weeks. She claimed to have it expedited and free of charge for everything and she would be emailing me my confirmation number. Today is 11/4/15 and I have no confirmation number and no lazer. Chaya now immediately transfers me to her "manager" when she hers my voice or leaves me on hold for several minutes. No one will answer any extension and no one returns my calls now. NEVER AGAIN

According to my personal experience they are one of the leading engineering suppliers provider. The surveying equipments that I have bought from them are working very very well. Their delivery service is also very fast. I want to be in touch with them for a long time.

I bought two 360 Prisms and one of them came broken. It had been dropped (You could tell due to the giant dent on one of the bottom corners) and so there were chips throughout all the glass. It was also missing all the packaging when I received it so I am still wondering if maybe they sent me someone else's return? Anyway, when I called to return it, I got a great customer service agent who told me I could send pictures to his supervisor, Chaya. I sent them immediately through email, and when I still hadn't heard back from them for 2 days, I called. They hadnt received it so I tried again and they were having issues on their end so they agreed to ship me a replacement with a return label in the box. Two weeks later (on a Tuesday) I called Chaya to see where my package was and she put me on hold to call Fedex. She told me they were delayed and that it would be here today. When it still wasn't here by Friday, I called Chaya again and she said it would be here today. I asked for the tracking number and it ends up the label hadn't even been made until Wednesday! It was also USPS, not Fedex >< I must have reminded her when I called! All of this hasn't even mentioned the immense amount of attitude the entire time! It was a horrible experience. Especially when they tried to offer me a 10% discount which was a special they were having for everyone at the time anyway.... When I finally received the replacement a month after I had requested it, it didn't even have a return label in the box. I will never be purchasing from Tiger Supplies again. My company spends about $2,000 a month on this site as well so I didn't think some good customer service was too much to ask for!

To start, I don't believe that I've ever been laughed at when talking to a customer service rep of any company before. Placed an order three weeks ago and still don't have the item. The first response was that it was discontinued. However, it was relisted on the website at a higher price. I then placed another order with the higher price and after a week received nothing. It was never shipped. Then I am told that order would be now actually be sent. Received the order finally and it's the wrong item. Called customer service where I was laughed at for wanting it expedited and was given excuses about the weather and was ultimately given no definitive answer if I would receive the correct item, only that I should receive an email, sometime. Most shady company I have dealt with
