This review is coming so ridiculously late! My smokin' naughty body of a husband and I got married last August (08/2013) and had our wedding luncheon at Spaghetti Factory. The staff was PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was welcome and taken care of, and that everything ran smoothly. One of the waitresses (a super cute little blonde gal - and it kills me now that I can't remember her name) added a very special touch by sending a specially marked Diet Coke to each table to be sure that wherever I went as I was mixing with guests and family, I had something to drink. So sweet! Of the 200,000+ words in the English language I'm not sure I could find the right combination to properly say thank you for making our special day that much more awesome.

Seriously, people who rated this place as more than 2 stars have no idea... Objectively, this place is obviously under staffed. Our server was nice and polite enough but they did not give us any water until we asked at the end of the meal. We asked for extra napkins before we ate, she totally just forgot about it. The food: we got served soup that tastes like it came from a can and also it was cold enough to drink down, tasted very much like progresso itallian wedding. We got salad that doesn't have any claim to freshness, seriously, it seemed to have already spent days to weeks in the fridge, also, i think they bought the lettuce pre-chopped. The main course was lasagna and chicken marinara, supposedly called "the premiere". It was bad, i think their sauces and ingredients all came from bottles and cans non of it was cooked from scratch. I was surprised at how bad it came in one plate. The two opposing sauces were mixing with each other. Awful presentation. Very doubtful if they have a person back there who has any idea at all. They are not adding value by taking cheap shortcuts. In the end, the design of the place seemed to want to say that this was a luxury place, lots of lighting, hardwood floors and booths and gigantic furniture. In the end it was bad. The food was cheap, about $10- $18 dollars per person. Not worth it. Oh yea, they also gave away free ice cream at the end of the meal, obviously store bought. This place needs to be destroyed by better competition.
