I know some people go on these crazy diets, cut out this and that in quite a drastic way and loose loads in a matter of weeks... well, I'm doing it the old fashioned way, hard work!
Generally, the quicker you lose something, the quicker you can gain it back.
Three years ago I touched on 21st 4lbs (298 lbs) as I started back in the gym. In 2011 I got very close to my target of 19st, I'm not sure what I did, but weight went back up.
My gym closed at the end of 2012, I cycled and lost weight slowly still. I rejoined a gym middle of 2013, gained muscle mass back, weight went up initially, then I've lost a stone over the last 7 months, finally hitting my target of 19 stone (266 lbs) exactly, this morning.
I've never been very good at dieting so I try and just make small changes. Three years ago I stopped buying chocolate from the work vending machine. A year back I stopped buying biscuits to have in the house. 3 or 4 months back I limited myself to 1 Coke a day. Recently I've moved from Coke to Ribena.
Apart from that, I still eat chips, burritos, pizza and all other things.#hardwork #weightloss #libra #diet
