Play has a really great vibe to it. The ambience is really lovely, classy and relaxed. It's a really beautiful space and well spaced out, so you have some privacy at your table. Service here is stellar and staff are particularly knowledgeable about the options and the wine list. There are many vegetarian and even vegan options! I really appreciate this. They even have a separate menu indicating the vegetarian and vegan options, to simplify your selection. I really like the small plates served here, as I am often indecisive and can't choose what to order. I believe I ordered two small plates and a drink, which was enough to satisfy me. The food was really tasty and there are many different options to satisfy your palate. Prices were far more reasonable than I would have expected for a nicer spot, particularly a nicer spot that is in the market! I will definitely return here and I would most certainly recommend it.

“Gastronomy & Ambiance at its Excellence!” I went there with my partner last night and it turned out to be one of our best experiences at a fine cuisine. To give a laconic description, the atmosphere is romantic and pleasant, the staffs are very friendly and professional, and the small dishes taste amazing and definitely like nothing you have had before. Now a more detailed review: The very friendly waitress brought us water and explained the menu. The menu consists of many some basic cured meat (in their Charcuterie menu) and various mini courses (in their Savoury menu), as well cheese plates, sweets, and sides. The waitress recommended us to have three choices from the savoury menu. Also, each savoury comes with a paired wine. For our first round, we ordered Bean Salad and Albacore Tuna. The bean salad was one of the tastiest vegetable mixes I have had! The Albacore Tune was also very tasty and was served with Beet Sauce! Luscious! Before we could finish our first round of orders, the waitress came to us with a full blown trout dish, served to us for gratuity! Fantastic and Impressive! I believe every fine cuisine should do something to impress their customer and they absolutely did it! :) For our second round gnocchi and beef and it was again fantastic! By the time we finished our second dish + gratuity dish, we were full and happy! We will definitely come back here, not to stuff ourselves, but to enjoy fantastic combinations that cannot be done at home!

The small plates at play are always of high quality and the staff can perfectly pair every dish with a glass of wine. Play Food & Wine offers two floors of seating, so it is a good option if you have a larger group.

This is a great place for a lunch date. Their menu is well-organized and reasonably priced, with a number of options to choose from for both meat and non-meat eating guests. Food might come out a little on the cold side, but temperature aside, quality, portion sizes and flavours are on point.

Delicious food with creative use of ingredients and great staff. Lots of gluten free choices. Really enjoyed the Crispy Tofu and Gnocchi. Their charcuterie board and cheese selections were very good as well. Didn't enjoy the beef tartar.

Service was excellent! I was on my own so they sat me upstairs infront of the kitchen so i could see all the different dishes coming through. The chef every now and again would lean over and describe the different dishes - just a nice little touch. The waitress was really great. Food was tasty. Astmosphere was relaxed but felt vibrant. Just an excellent experience overall!

With an ever-evolving menu and a great wine selection, it is a nice place for a bite and a drink late at night, or before dinner. Don't be mistaken, although it is very good, it is not by any means sufficient for dinner.

Small portions of amazing food. We had our first dish coming to our table with a little bit of a delay and as a compensation without us complaining they didnt charge us for that dish! If you are interested in trying out new tastes that is where you should be going to
