Conclusion of How to Paint Your Panda
How to Paint Your Panda launched in August of 2013 as a depository for essentially anything I decided I wanted to write about. Originally it was about free thinking, words of wisdom, and generally just sharing my thoughts and feelings about the world around...

Guns And Controllers: The APA Reviews, Kotaku Gets Aggressive, The Game Continues
Just about one year ago, I summarized the best research available on the topic of violent video games causing aggressive behaviour. Reviewing several meta-analyses and discussing the APA's statement on the subject, I concluded that violent video games almos...

It's finally done! Men And Women: Similarities Or Differences? Are we more alike than different, or the opposite? Find out!

In the process of writing my first article since my 5 month long hiatus as we speak! I had to go big or go home, so I'll be tackling the issue of differentials in psychological faculties between the sexes. How differently are men and women actually wired? Does our "common sense" understanding capture the information we have available in current literature? I'll be answering these and many other questions very soon.

I'll be able to finish the article once I am sent copies of the studies I need to review. Until then, what do you guys think? Do you think men and women are psychologically more different than similar or vice versa? What characteristics do you think men and women have the most differences in? Comment and share your thoughts!

Wow, it's been over 4 months since I last posted! That's far too long in my opinion. I'm going to try to be on a bit more often than that from now on.

Sorry to anyone who's missed me. Here I am, though, ready for action!

I would never wish for a swift and painless death.

If it happens to be that there is no life after that which lies before us - a question I cannot answer now - and never again would I breathe, feel, think again, then I would want to savor the final minute; for every memory I recalled, every person I loved, with every inch of life taken from me, I would tip my hat to death.

I would shake its hand, and thank it for leaving me my humanity for just a little while longer.

Here, I again respond to the author of Adoro Ergo Sum, this time in much greater length and detail, and with more zest. He seems to believe that atheists are redefining the term "atheism" so as to encompass more people, and to shift the burden of proof to theists.

Here I respond to a Christian apologist who thinks very ill of the majority of atheists and believes that most cannot respond to his arguments. He also doesn't understand what atheism is.

EDIT (2/23/15): Fixed "atheist majority" to say "majority of atheists."
Bad Creationist Arguments: A Response to Adoro Ergo Sum
It's been a while since I last wrote a post on the blog, so today I'm
going to do something simplistic to hold you over while I work on
something more substantial. Nathan Barontini from the blog Adoro Ergo Sum posted an article on the 11th of this month e...
