I took my 19 year old to see what we thought was his dream car. It would not start that was after the salesmann said people were beating up the owner all week to come down on the price. When he put a jumper cable on it it started...When i told my Son to restart the car' the honest say to speak salesman' tried to hurry and put the cable back on the car to make sure it did. That was also after the story that he told about 3 orher people being interested in this 2007 Mustang. Hope it starts for them.... My advise for Ashley ford is to have your saleman be a little more honest when it comes to selling your cars and not to think all women are idiots when it comes to buying one. In the end he did say it was a short maybe?? and if they had my number??? Unreal and please know that this was my honest 19 year old son looking to pay for his first car on his own did and shame on this dealership.

I broke down with family my wife and 4 kids heading to vacation from Ct to Cape Cod.Tow truck driver brought me to Ashley Ford who although they could not fix it got us a rental vehicle that fit everyone and told us just enjoy vacation with rental and on way home pick up van fixed. They did fix it and had it ready but we traded it for a Ford Flex we saw there. Love those guys.

Ashley Ford went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! This was by far the best auto purchase experience I have ever had. We were out of state customers so our paperwork was difficult. The staff went out of there way to help us get the paperwork figured out. Our salesperson, Johnathon Mandeville, was extremely helpful and honestly acted like he cared about our purchase. We did not feel pressured what so ever. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

The short version, Best Dealership I have ever stepped in to. They treat you like a person and not like a paycheck. I recommend everyone to this place now! As a college student I thought I would have a hard time finding a dealer that would take me seriously. At Ashley Ford they went above and beyond to get my car picked out and ready to go. When I came in to have them look at my trade, the manager immediately called someone who had taken the day off to help me close. The man, Gary, was very friendly and didn't seem to mind coming in. I was originally told on a Wednesday that I could get my car on the following Tuesday if we closed on the Friday that week. I went in at 4:30 on Friday and they had processed everything before the registry closed at 5! I walked out with my car on Friday instead of waiting. I spoke with almost everyone at this dealership on the sales side and it was awesome! I didn't think a dealership like this would exist. Everyone was nice and friendly, a real family business style way of doing things. They didn't offer me anything silly, they told me how it is and now I have a 2013 Ford Focus SE and I love it! If you want to feel appreciated as a customer, make sure you go to Ashley Ford!

Dear Mr. Bancroft, This letter is to compliment your staff at Ashley Ford and, in particular, Wayne, your assistant service manager and Bill, your tech, for the kind, courteous and professional service for the manner in which they handled our two on the road episodes several weeks ago. And even though he did no sell us a new car, Seth was good company while we waited for a diagnosis. My spouse were driving from Hyannis back home to New Jersey on Sept. 10 when I noticed a strange sound coming from our 2002 Ford Explorer at about 2:45 pm. A Google search gave me the name of your dealership, I was told to come right over. The result was the need for a right wheel bearing and, then a drive shaft. We compliment Wayne on the manner in which he handled our needs, including connecting us with an Enterprise rental car to drive back to NJ. Five days later, on the way back, service discovered an ignition coil had to be changed (thankfully only 20 min.) Its nerve wracking enough to have automobile trouble on the road.
