Randomly looked up on-line and decided to go in because of the convenience of their location (Troy)...after talking with staff ( Mark / E.J.) I decided to have some work done and was very pleased with their service and helpful advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get anything done to their car.

Had high hopes. Got my car interior detailed and then when received it back it had a horrible mildew dirty sock scent to it. I called and mention this smell a couple days after trying to let it air out. They said to bring it in again and they will correct the issue. Took it back exactly a week later and when I drove off yet again still smelt horrible, then noticing that the carpet was SOAKING wet. Which was possibly the problem the first time. Extremely disappointed and now i cant get the horrible smell out. thanks Buzz Off

Very poor communication with customers. I had ask to have my headlights looked because I believed my ballast on my headlights was shorted. I was not told I would need to pay just to have it looked at. There mechanic cut of my old ballast from my headlights and my relay. He threw them on the counter saying they where a junk brand and to buy there's at $75 a piece. When I mentioned I seen the same ballast he showed me online for less than $30.00 I was told I had to pay a shop fee for them to cut out my wiring and to tel me what I already knew. When I tried to explain to the mechanic I was not informed of any shop fee prior to them taking my vehicle he brushed my off and Ignored me and walked to the back. Great way to run a business.

Brought my car in very neglected, came out looking brand new. Great work by Buzz-Off Automotive. They even have a car porter if you need a quick ride to work. Will definitely bring by vehicles back here.

Had he put a Alternater on 3 times, Not even a new part rebuilt, Charges everytimento put in on, you would think its not even new, but you want money for labor, Put ur customers money to nrw parts, You suck.

Bought A groupon and took my car in. I had to drop it off at 9:30 and they said it would be done no later than 3pm. About 10 minutes after dropping my car off, I get a call from their service desk. They said they had to charge me an additional $25 for "excessive pet hair". 1. Why did they wait until I left to call me and tell me it would be more money? They should examine your car before you leave. That would make more sense. 2. I have leather seats and mats on my carpet - very minimal cleaning for pet hair. (in addition to the fact that I have 1 papillon who doesn't really shed and is hardly ever in the car). By no means was this excessive. I said "fine, do what you need to do." I was annoyed, but what was I going to do? I was already on to my next appointment. 2:55 pm I get a phone call from buzz off again. "Your car is ready and we close at 3 pm so you can pay over the phone and we'll leave your keys in the car." WTF?! They call me to tell me I have 5 minutes to pick my car up? I don't get an opportunity to inspect the detailing and it feels like they are brushing me off by wanting to handle a transaction over the phone. Luckily I had left my house early to make sure I would be there by 3 pm regardless of getting a phone call or not. When I arrived, the "quality manager" insisted their policy was "any pet hair is an additional $25 and if it's excessive pet hair than it would be an additional $25 for a total of $50." This place is has poor communication. According the groupon, there was a notice of "excessive" pet hair could possibly be charged additional $25. This place is a sham. They try to suck more money out of you and can't even do it face to face. Not only that, they didn't even do a spectacular job on the cleaning. It was a 7 out of 10. They missed several spots and took my car off the lot without my permission. They gave me the manager's number, who by the way, wouldn't be in until next week. As a business professional, I think it's the businesses job to contact the client they know had a bad experience and try to correct the situation. Never heard from this place. I do not recommend to anyone!

Purchased an interior detail. They took my car out to the parking lot to dry, left my drivers side window all the way down overnight through a rain storm. Now, my car's interior has puddles of rainwater, everything is soaked, and there is soapy residue throughout. I called to complain and the representative was sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere.

I work at a dealership that does send business to Buzz-Off. They are excellent to work with. The staff is very friendly and knowlegable. We use them for window tint, tailer hitches, customizing trucks, and they are a great source for Weathertech floor liners. Keep up the good work and thank you for all of your efforts to help me exceed my customers expectations.
