In the absence of the Provider Portal providing a user interface to export all FHIR data as a ZIP, someone could develop a very thin FHIR App that does nothing but request all the available FHIR data for this Patient, and save it into a ZIP. It was also noted that getting all FHIR data for this Patient is not as simple as using the $everything operation, as that operation is not supported by anyone yet. This App would need to walk the data tree following the CapabilityStatement published by the FHIR API. All reasonable things for an App developer, but design considerations that sometimes need to be expressed.
