Thanks Keith. It is helpful to recognize that the Episode type must be looked at to determine the kind of document that is logical to be created around it. This is indeed helpful. I have struggled to figure out which template should be used to carry the content I have. The C-CDA seems to describe the templates from the perspective of what they hold. Thus coming at the question from what I have, is a struggle.
