Email and other electronic means of communication have taken much of the personal touch and sincere concern away from consoling someone who has lost a loved one to death. Hearing one's voice and sending a simple thinking of you note or card can mean so much.....They, simple notes and cards expressing sympathy and condolences, also can be reread over and over, without logging in and sifting and deleting through other email.
