This is Firm Partner Randy Sorrels' second lawsuit against Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. in one year.

This week, Firm Partner Randy Sorrels filed a lawsuit against Silverleaf Resorts, Inc., operating company of the Piney Shores Resort in Lake Conroe. This is Mr. Sorrels’ second lawsuit against Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. In 2014, he filed a lawsuit on behalf of the family of a then eight-year-old boy who drowned as a result of being electrocuted on a dock on the resort’s property.
