Very bad detailing. I took the car there for detailing (interior and exterior $185). I had appointment at 7:45 in the morning. They told me it will be ready in 8 hours. They called me at 5 pm to tell me is ready. When i for there i was shocked how the car looked. The worst job I've ever seen. Is called detailing for a reason. This was not even nicely wash. Everything looked like was washed with a muddy cloth, no attention to details, slot of spots not touched, the seats just like in the beginning. I told them is unacceptable. I left the car there for another day. Next day i was there at 5 pm again. The same disappointment. Very bad job. They told me the seats cannot be clean. Something is in the leather. Next thing, i spit on the seat and cleaned with a clean cloth. That spot looked clean in 10 second. So, i could clean the sit with a little spit, but they're chemicals can't. I showed them all three problems. They offered me to bring the car for another day. But is too much already. I'll buy some cleaning products and I'll clean it myself. I just lost $180. Save yourself some money. You'll do a much better job yourself.

I was introduced to Luckys through Gropuon and had good service the first time I was there. I'm a regular customer at Pierre's in the city but Luckys is half the drive so I was excited to find something closer to home. I just went back to Luckys over the weekend to find the quality of service is much lower than my first visit. I went Sunday mornig and to my suprise there was no wait. I actually thought I'd get better service since they would not be as rushed, I was wrong. I picked the highest package at $18 and added a trunk cleaning for $2 more. They spent a good amount of time on it and were fully staffed. But once I opened the drivers door I saw little pebbles that were still in the car mat. I asked them and they cleaned it again and recommended a shampoo to make it look better. I was only concerned about lose dirt and not dirt stuck to the mats. Once I got home I looked closer and noticed the floors barely seemed vaccumed. Then the most shocking part was the trunk. I think they possibly vaccumed it but when around the 3 bags I had and failed the move them. There were even whole leaves that were still left in the car. I'm shocked that I paid $20 for something that I had to finish at home and will not be returning to Luckys. Back to Pierre's for me.

I was just at lucky's car wash and asked them for what the say is there most popular wash a #3 $18.00 and what a got was a #2 if you get my meaning. They didn't even wash parts of the car lower right side completely and the rest of the job upon further inspection was done half backwards. There was a grime mark on the drivers side door and when i went back the young man said it would it would not come off with a car wash and i asked about all the other dirt still on the car and he said they could redo that, I said if you couldn,t do it right the first time why should i let you do it again. I then asked for a refund but he said they don,t give refund. Beware they don,t give refunds nor do they no how to wash cars.

Biggest Mistake EVER! Stay away from Lucky's Aftermarket Installation - Auto Remote Start Security System Please learn from my mistake. I took advantage of a Groupon for Lucky's Aftermarket Installation and Tony installed the Auto Remote Start Security System installed in my 2010 Honda Accord. Immediately after Tony installed the system, my car battery started dying. I had to jump-start my battery every day to get it going. Honda mechanics analyzed the situation and found that there was a very strong parasitic draw on my battery from the newly installed Auto Remote Start Security System. Tony changed out the system but the problem still remained. I finally had Tony remove the Auto Remote Start Security System completely and I asked him to put the car back the way he found it. Even after having the system removed, my car battery continued to die. After a few months of aggravation, it cost me $358.27 for a mechanic to open the dash and car door to finally find that Tony left a wire inside (apparently once tied in with the locking system). Because the wire was just hanging there and not really attached to anything, it was causing a drain on the battery. I know that mistakes can happen. I contacted Lucky's and explained the situation. I talked with Peter who is the manager. He defended the work they did and said the wire must have come from someplace else; even though only routine maintenance work has ever been done on the 2010 car (oil changes, tire rotation, etc.) and the problem did not start until after they installed the Auto Remote Start Security System. I told Peter that I would send him a letter of the situation along with a picture of the wire that Tony left in my car and a copy of the bill which explained exactly what the mechanic found. I asked Peter for the owners name so that I could provide a copy of the documentation to them as well. Peter told me that the owners names are Al and Paul. He would not provide last names to me saying "You can understand why we wouldn't give out their last names". Actually, I don't understand why their last names are not given out. This is a business and if the manager cannot provide an agreeable solution, then the owners names should be provided. They may not even be aware of the poor work they are providing. At any rate I sent my documentation via e-mail and Certified Mail. When I talked with Peter, I said that I would wait a couple of weeks for their response. It's now been 4 weeks and I have not received a response from them and no reimbursement for the problems they caused. Therefore, I am sharing my story so that others can be warned of the poor work provided by Lucky's Aftermarket Installation.

Do NOT waste your time with their remote starter installation services. They do NOT know what they are doing or talking about. Customer service after they screwed up was awful also! Disgusted.
