First off, I am not a competitor of Ship your Car now, I was a customer. I dealt with a salesperson name JOHN LANGLEY shipping my personal vehicle across country and I have to say, hands down, this was the worst buying experience, customer serve exp, and interaction with a representative of any organization I've ever dealt with. He is completely unprofessional with his nasty, rude attitude. He told me numerous times, 'I don't care I won't ship your car.' He has hung up on me, played like he is not him when I reached out, and just flat out said one thing and always did the other. He first told me that they are NOT A BROKER at all and all brokers do is delay the process when shipping as it is passed out down the chain until it finally hits the shipping company which they are. In their contract, it clearly states they are a BROKER. He brokered the deal for my car! He told me the car will leave on Tuesday and with a 'team' of drivers the car will get to me in 4 days time. The car did not leave until Friday and did not get to me until 7 days later. He has said, 'I will call you back', 'I will e mail you the info of the driver' - never a call or e mail. Everything he said was a lie from the beginning. I was able to track down the dispatchers cell phone from the dealership where I was shipping the car from … Once I spoke to the dispatch, he was the only honest person who told me the car will arrive to me here in NY in 10 days and he doesn't even have a team of drivers to get the car to me … I then called JOHN back and he told me, 'do you want to listen to him or me who makes the rules?' 'I tell him what to do and he listens to me' 'His paperwork hasn't updated yet' All fabricated lies. - Everything he said was BS. I wrote him numerous e mails asking where my car was, and he hasn't responded at all. Thank god I had the dispatchers number who updated me through the process. AND, the dispatcher did not work for Ship your car now, he worked for the REAL TRANSPORT COMPANY (Rapid Transport). It is total BS, he completely lied to me throughout the entire process making this so stressful and never ever dealing with them or him again. They have this COD or 'Fuel Surcharge' that they say we will not charge you it is just to be kept on file just in case the vehicle is not there for pickup. WELL, it was charged the second the car went on the truck … After later reading and speaking to people, that is their charge! After the car goes on the truck, that's it they want nothing to do with you. The remaining balance has to be paid upon delivery in which the remainder is the trucking fee charge. It is just all a lie in which I fell for his BS and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. In dealing with a personal item like your vehicle, it should be treated with the utmost care. There were no updates, all lies from him and this company, and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Their line is, ' WE are A- rating on BBB' - it's all BS … He is nasty, over-zealous, rude, cocky salesperson that needs to be brought down a few pegs. Stay far far away from this company and John himself. I would like to say it is a salesperson issue, but in speaking with another individual about a nightmare he had with a shipping company, it ended up to be Ship Your Car now. It is true, it is a scam as much as I didn't want to believe it. I left another reputable shipping company to deal with them because Joh assured me they are their own shipping company with 64 trucks etc blah blah blah. In the end, I got screwed. I needed the vehicle for a trip, I paid extra for the 'team of drivers,' I was left in the dark and the car got to me in 7 days after being fed so much BS it made me sick.

This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with in years. This is coming from someone that understands the importance of good and bad reviews online. This company will lie cheat and steal to get you to use them. I had to call over 25 times. Each one of those times I never received a phone call back. The last call I had with them I brought up the multitude of negative feedback they recently had. I was told “oh don’t worry that is just our competition doing that” Another lie! This is not their competition doing this review. This is a consumer that will never use this company again and hopes that others will heed the warning of all of the negative feedback. Beware there are some slick sales guys that work for this outfit. They will blame others within the company to gain your trust. This is one of their many ploys. I am now having to dispute all charges with my credit card to get my refund. Good luck and make sure to read the reviews!!

Spoke with an agent about contracting them for a service. Most rude agent I've ever talked to. Tried to say they're not only legitimate company, and ended the call by cursing at me. I didn't contract them the service, and I'd advise people to be careful when dealing with them.

Extremely rude customer service. I no longer wanted the service and they charged me $150 dollars anyways after I made it clear I didn't want service because I sold the car I was shipping. They told me I was lying! They told me I don't carry myself properly! Don't EVER go with this company!

Originally set up my vehicle to ship on a Wednesday. The driver dispatched to pick up my vehicle refused to sign a form stating that he would be sending the vehicle out of state. So the driver left without my vehicle. Another driver was dispatched for a Friday. Vehicle was promised that Monday. Monday came and went. I had a vacation planned that Monday night which I had to reschedule in order to inspect this vehicle. Changing my flights cost me $500.00 and I lost a day’s vacation for me and my GF. They called back and said Tuesday would be the new delivery day. I told the trucking company whom Ship your Car Now hired.. ( Motion Auto Carriers) to call me back with an approximate time of the day so that I can reschedule my flights which was going to cost me another day’s vacation and another $500.00 fee. The company never called me back nor returned any of my calls all night into the following day. I finally reached Ship your cars at approximately 3pm and asked where the vehicle was that I rescheduled my flight to take possession of the vehicle. He explains to me that they dropped my truck off at a auction yard over an hour away from my house. Mind you the truck isn’t yet registered nor insured therefore I cannot drive it, hence my reason for dropping it off at my yard. Now I must #1 either wait 3 days to have it towed to my house for a fee of $250.00 or I drive the vehicle back an un registered. Leaving me with a legal issue I have contacted the better business bureau the attorney general’s office. I called back the apparent driver who barely spoke English and questioned his reasoning for not calling me back when he said he would, he started cursing at me and getting hostile. The owner of Motion Auto Carriers explained to me that Ship your Car Now authorized them to drop it off an unknown location to me for storage. The sales man of Ship your Car now Mark, was a super nice guy however he blamed me for not calling him and checking up on him regarding why my truck wasn’t delivered in the morning. Meanwhile I was never told when it would arrive to begin with. Mark and I had a brief conversation regarding a storage facility but he never called me back pertaining to the location or amount the storage would cost in the event that I couldn’t cancel or change my travel plans. So I am out $1000 in travel changes, and I now have to wait to pick up my truck for the plates to arrive from NJ Department of Motor Vehicles which now I’m told could take 45 days. I would never ever recommend doing business with either of these companies. Not to mention they wouldn’t even help cover the costs of my expenses from cancelling my travel plans to accommodate their incompetence of drivers. Also, after reading other reviews I would like to add that I attempted to contact every number I was given to verify that this truck was on its way and not one person answered my calls. Seems to be a similiar issue with others.

If you have trouble getting headaches, hire this company. I will NEVER do business with them in the future. Do yourself a favor and seek another company if you're shipping your vehicle across country. They seem nice until they get your money. Their customer satisfaction manger needs a couple courses in hospitality and costumer interaction. You've been warned.
