Ingredients
1 sachets of Halal gelatine powder (6 teaspoons)
½ cup hot water 
2 ½ cups approx. Flavoured Soya milk

Instructions
1. Add Halal gelatine to hot water and stir briskly with a fork until dissolve.

2. Combine the dissolved gelatine with flavoured soya milk.
Stir well. Pour into small cups mold.

3. Refrigerate until set
You can always find a unique shape or a love shape plastic case and make a nice love shape jelly.
Refrigerate until set.

INGREDIENTS

4 envelopes (1/4 ounce each) unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups white cranberry juice

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup cold water; let soften, 5 minutes. Place over low heat, and cook until gelatin has dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. (When rubbed between your fingers, it should feel smooth.) Add sugar, stirring gently until dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat.

STEP 2
Transfer gelatin mixture to a medium bowl; gradually stir in juices. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart (6-cup) Bundt pan, and skim any foam from surface. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.

STEP 3
To unmold, dip bottom of pan (do not submerge) briefly into hot water; invert onto a serving platter, and shake firmly to release. Serve.

Bahan-bahan ( 6-8 orang )

10g(2tbsp) halal gelatin
100ml air panas
200g strawberry
70g gula
200ml fresh cream/whipping cream
1 sudu besar lemon jus

Cara-cara

1. Campurkan gelatin dengan air panas. Kacau biar gelatin tak nampak ketul-ketul. Boleh juga panaskan dengan microwave.

2. Buang tangkai strawberry. Dengan mixer/blander kisar strawberry, gula, fresh cream sehingga semua sebati .

3.Masukkan pula gelatin dan s lemon. Mix sekejap. Tuangkan ke dalam bekas yang sesuai dan sejukkan.

## Bahan-bahan

360 gm tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonate
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
400 gm gula halus
1 cawan minyak jagung
2 biji telur A
1 cawan buttermilk
2 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar pewarna merah ~ ini bergantung pada pewarna yang digunakan
1 sudu teh cuka masakan
1/2 cawan air kopi / Nescafe panas ~ mesti letak untuk dapatkan kek yang lembab

cara-cara

Panaskan oven pada suhu 170C ~ 180C bergantung pada kepanasan oven
Sediakan 2 loyang berukuran 8 inc, sapukan mentega dan letakkan lapik kek ~ ketepikan

Dalam bekas, satukan dan ayak tepung, baking powder, soda , serbuk koko dan garam ~ ketepikan
Dalam bekas yang besar, satukan gula dan minyak
tambahkan telur, buttermilk, esen vanilla dan pewarna, gaul rata dengan whisk atau spatula
Tambahkan air kopi panas dan cuka masakan
Tambahkan bahan tepung yang di ayak sedikit-sedikit dan gaul adunan rata
Tuang adunan sama banyak dalam 2 loyang
Bakar dalam ketuhar selama 40 minit atau sehingga kek benar masak
cucuk ditengah kek dengan lidi untuk menentukan kek telah masak. Jika lidi keluar bersih dan licin, ini bermakna kek telah dibakar sempurna, jika tidak tambahkan lagi masa membakar.

Sejukkan kek atas redai setelah masak
Potong atas kek yang keras. 
Potong kek kepada 4 kepingan ~ rujuk sini untuk cara memotong kek

Untuk krim yang lembut dan meleleh boleh cuba resepi ini

## Krim Keju 1

150 gm krim keju
30 gm mentega tanpa garam
60 gm gula aising
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu teh paste Lemon

Pukul krim keju dan gula hingga kembang
Masukkan mentega, esen vanilla dan lemon paste
pukul sebati

Untuk krim keju 

## Krim Keju 2

200 gm krim keju
1 sudu teh lemon Paste
90 gm coklat masakan putih
150 gm krim bukan tenusu ~ Non Dairy Whipping Cream
8 gm gelatin
30 gm air

Cairkan gelatin ~ rujuk sini
Cairkan coklat masakan cara double boiler
Satukan gelatin cair dalam coklat putih
Pukul krim keju dan paste lemon hingga lembut
Tambahkan adunan gelatin dan coklat putih
Dalam bekas pemutar lain, putar krim keju hingga kental
Satukan krim putar dalam krim keju dan kaup balik rata

## Kaedah Penyediaan Kek Brick

Resepi ini hanya boleh gunakan resepi Krim Keju 2 

Potong 4 keping kek dengan acuan cutter yang berbeza
2 keping dengan 3 acuan cutter
2 keping lagi dengan 2 acuan cutter bulat yang berbeza saiz sila rujuk gambar 1

Mulakan dengan kek yang kita potong kepada 3 cutter
Sapukan krim keju pada bahagian yang telah kita potong dengan cutter bulatan tadi rujuk gambar 2
Ratakan atas kek dengan krim keju nipis sahaja rujuk gambar 3
Letakkan pula lapisan kek yang kedua
Untuk lapisan ini kita perlu ceraikan kek tersebut, letakkan bahagian yang dalam dulu, letakkan krim dan cantumkan bahagian-bahangian yang lain hingga habis rujuk gambar 4 dan 5
Ulang proses hingga habis
Ratakan keseluruhan kek dengan krim keju dan simpan dalam peti ais

## Ingredients
1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3 cups (total) fruit: pears, peeled, cored, cut in 1/2-inch chunks, pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced into 1/4 inch thick dice, peaches, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch chunks, and/or nectarines, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Seedless grapes, halved
Orange segments
Cherries, pitted
Mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks

Gelatin:
2 envelopes gelatin (5 teaspoons)
4 cups apple juice
1/4 cup sugar

Directions

1. If using a vanilla bean, split in half and scrape seeds out. Reserve all. In a medium saucepan, bring the water, sugar, and vanilla bean pod and seeds or extract to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer.

2. Drop in the pear and pineapple and poach for 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

3. Drop in peach and nectarine, and poach for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

4. Drop in grapes and orange segments, and poach for 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Drop in cherries, and poach for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Since they will discolor the syrup, always do them last.

5. When you have finished, put all of the fruit back in the syrup and set aside to cool down. Once cool strain the fruit and reserve. The syrup can be saved for another use.

6. Mango may be added raw.

7. Prepare your favorite gelatin: In large bowl, soften gelatin by stirring it into 1/2 cup apple juice. Set aside.

8. In small saucepan, bring the remaining 3 1/2 cups of apple juice and the sugar to a boil. Boil until the crystals have dissolved, about 1 minute. Pour it over the gelatin and stir to dissolve.

9. Stir in the reserved fruits and pour into 6-ounce footed cups. Chill several hours until set.

Ingredients

6 ozs chocolate cookies
3 tbsps butter (melted)
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 env unflavored gelatin (powder)
11/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 large egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp rum extract (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
5 ozs bittersweet chocolate (or semisweet, finely chopped)
1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
3 tbsps powdered sugar
1/4 tsp rum extract (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
unsweetened cocoa powder (Natural)

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Pulse cookies in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Drizzle in butter and cream; pulse until well blended. Pour into prepared dish. Use the bottom and sides of a measuring cup to pack crumbs onto bottom and up sides of dish. Bake until crust is set, 12–15 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack; set aside.

2. For the custard, in a small bowl, pour 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let the mixture stand until the gelatin softens, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the milk and cream in a large saucepan over medium heat until mixture just comes to a simmer.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, rum extract (if using), cornstarch, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Whisking vigorously, pour 1/2 cup or so of the hot milk into the egg mixture and rapidly combine. Pour the tempered egg mixture into the pot of hot milk, whisking quickly the entire time. Whisk in the softened gelatin. Place the pan over medium-low heat and whisk the mixture constantly until thick, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the vanilla custard from the heat and stir in the mascarpone (if desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps or cooked bits of egg). Measure out 1 cup of the custard and place it in a medium bowl. Add the chopped chocolate and lightly stir. Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes then stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the chocolate custard into the cooled crust; smooth the top. Chill the pie until set, about 30 minutes, while letting the vanilla custard stand at room temperature. If the vanilla custard starts to form a skin, lightly press a piece of plastic wrap to the surface.

4. Gently pour the remaining vanilla custard over the chilled chocolate layer. Pour slowly so the chocolate layer doesn't get messed up. Smooth the top; chill until set, about 1 hour, or keep covered up to 1 day.

5. When ready to serve, use an electric mixer at medium speed and beat the cream and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until the cream begins to thicken. Add the rum extract and vanilla; increase the speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream over custard. Dust with cocoa powder. Cut into slices and serve (the topped pie can be made 4 hours ahead - chill uncovered).
