You and I have shared the same steps on this journey during this time period. I have enjoyed reading about yours so much -- I felt less alone. Like you, I still follow Jesus, but find his words to mean something quite different from how most people here interpret them. Not that people seem to spend a lot of time interpreting them. In Western Christianity, they are largely ignored. Trying to find out what Jesus really meant has taken me on quite a ride. I now know that we are all one, and that love is our purpose.

Oh I love these. Sounds like you spent some time in the original garden today. :-)

We continue to be pretty much in lockstep on this journey, lol. Keep not knowing -- perhaps that is part of what freedom is. When it comes to truth, I think the fruit is important. Peace, joy and love are good fruit. I just keep on praising God.

This is very relatable for me. I've had that same conversation. I finally decided that I simply enjoy being around God-lovers, regardless of creed. Your love for your neighbor and God bleeds through with every word you write -- beautiful. Keep trusting that your spirit -- not man's dogma -- knows the truth.

On another note, Monsanto and all that -- I keep thinking of them as The Beast. When we fully embody Christ, they shall be overthrown, shall they not? :-)

Beautiful. What a light. If you ever meet my traveling son Sky, give him a hug for me.

This post really resonates with me. I think people have a tendency to "tame" that which they are uncomfortable with.

The idea of not opposing evil seems nonsensical -- but perhaps that's what we're supposed to do.
