So much potential! Jack London Square should be a destination spot but it seems to be always struggling to keep a consistent profile for people to gather. I work near here and sometimes come down during the weekend. Hoping to see more from this area as time goes on

This can be an fun place during events, such as the Eat Real festival. Otherwise, on any other day, it is simply a nice area with several restaurants and a few shops.

Beautiful area of town to experience! You get to enjoy the pier and water as well as the many great restaurants and shops. Hotels in the area have a great view and the ferry ride is extremely fun and time efficient.

A waterfront Paradise in Oakland! With the renowned Yoshi's and my personal favorite The Home of Chicken and Waffles. This affordable spot houses a farmers market on Saturday mornings and the occasional festival or art show. There are several hotels, restaurants and a movie theater as well as the ferry to take you over to San Francisco and directly to a Giants game! A must see for anyone!

The view at Jack London Square is AMAZING! even if some areas do have a larger amount of bird crap. There are a lot of great restaurants by the docks, and some local shops with interesting items on sale. Parking is hard to come by on the street, but there is a garage to park in that you pay per hour.

We just enjoyed happy hour from 4-6 at Kincaid's. The service was fantastic. Lina was our waitstaff person and she was efficient, friendly and helpful. We had several appetizers such as baked brie, sliders and calamari. It was all half price as were our drinks. Fantastic and new remodel of this landmark restaurant made this a very enjoyable experience.
