Sam M. was our server. He practically forced us to do a "family style" (he was very insistent), where you can order as much as you want, and you are charged per person (not cheap at all). Guess what? We got there around 10:30pm and their kitchen closes at 11pm, BUT HE DID NOT TELL US THAT. So when we ordered a second round Sam was like "oh, Im sorry, no more food - kitchen is closed". I called the manager and all she did was to bring a Free Desert, which half of my party didnt even care for it. We left the restaurant STILL HUNGRY (which made me feel embarrassed since they are my biggest clients and I chose TAO for a nice dinner), and I still had to pay the "family style" amount per person that should provide Unlimited food for the whole table. The server should have told us that the kitchen was about to close, and we would never have done the family style thing. But of course it was more money in his pocket because we paid the big bill and didnt have enough food. UNACCEPTABLE.... HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE SERVER, UNRESOLVED PROBLEM BY THE MANAGER (she should have give me a discount, not a plate of ice cream). We felt really disappointed... never going back!

You wait in line for too long only to be let in to wait in other lines to get a drink. Finally, when you have a very expensive drink, there is nowhere to stand. The bouncers just herd you around until your frustration level is so high you cant stand it anymore and leave before getting a second drink. In fact, the best part about my Tao experience was leaving, so that should tell you all you need to know.

The club was beautiful, big, love the decorations and the feeling of thinking I was at the spa. I didn't like how pack it was couldn't dance freely and the DJ that played on 08/17/13 he didn't know how to blend the music it was annoying cause we were dancing one way then we will have to stop to get the rhythm of the next song I got sick of it. Maybe I just wish I was more drunk I guess to love it %100 I also wish they would of have more signs of where all the stages were cause apparently they had at the roof pool and dj and didn't even got to see it.

Had the worst experience at this club. It was a birthday celebration and the bouncers were rude and rough to the females in the group. It was so crowded that you couldn't enjoy yourself. One of my girlfriends accidentially walked into area on the floor, we guess was a private party area(that wasn't blocked off) and the bouncer man handled her out...TERRIBLE. She apologize, and stateted she could not distinguish between the dance floor and the party there was nothing there to state that it was a privat party. We werent drunk nor high or anything of the sort..just wanting to have a good time and wasted a perfectly good day on a lousy club. Very disappointed!! Oh HORRIBLE!! Oh and yes we are FINE women, very nice looking and comfortable... We made sure to spread the word to the other groups we are associated with to not patronize this club.
